I called to speak with an attorney, who proceeded to cut me off, impugn my intelligence, and give me flip and useless advice. He was impatient, dismissive, and rude. I thanked him for the insult and hung up. If this matter escalates to the point that I need to hire a lawyer, this firm is absolutely not going to be on my call list.
