We struggled with the idea, first attempting to clear up our debt/IRS problems on our own. It was overwhelming, to say the least. When we exhausted ourselves with TV ads that looked like the answer, we decided it was time to sit face to face with a professional. If I remember correctly, I think I turned to the yellow pages. I wanted to keep this tax issue that I have local, so I hired him. In eight mounts, I have not received one piece of documentation. You can't call him. He doesn't respond to you. DON'T make my mistake. And my case is still pending with him. Frustrated and disappointed!!!!
