Everything was submitted exactly as requested, and Ken personally confirmed that all documents were received and even commended me on my diligence throughout the process. Then, out of nowhere, the secretary claimed they didn't have certain documents -- even though Ken had already confirmed they did. Since then, it's been difficult to reach him directly, and we've been passed around to different people who don't seem to be on the same page. We were also told from the start that we only needed to complete one counseling certificate, which we did. Later, we were informed we'd have to pay for another one. The process has been confusing, inconsistent, and very unorganized. We're still in the middle of this process, and unfortunately, it continues to feel all over the place. No lawyer letter was ever sent out. Not responsive in a time-sensitive matter. I ultimately terminated the representation and requested confirmation, a final invoice, and my client file.
