They were close to my house and I figured it made sense to check them out. Scheduling was easy and they had evening availability to accommodate me coming in after work. I met with Tony, who handled all of my business in one meeting. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure I understood everything. He covered a lot of information to ensure that I could get the maximum refund. Within a few short weeks, I got a letter stating my taxes were completed and I could come in to pick up the returns. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their fee is more than I've ever paid to have my income taxes done before, and it's more than I've seen a lot of others pay as well. After the last two years, I was willing to accept the rate in exchange for having this handled quickly, correctly, and conveniently. Maybe it's just the cost of doing business. Admittedly, I don't have that much of a basis for comparison. If it turns out to be in line with other comparable businesses, then it's a five star experience here.

I was appointed the trustee of their estate in the state of PA, and yet despite this the firm has been withholding of necessary information to file her taxes. I cannot stress how difficult it is to both grieve and have a firm you've trusted for years stonewall you. The end resolution is that I hired another firm and was able to recover everything I needed directly from the IRS but be warned this firm doesn't behave justly and will really skirt the legal line -- for what end who knows.
