While he was here, he also offered solutions to our old garage that needs to be rebuilt. I never knew you could just rebuild the very top of a structure. I always thought you had to knock the while thing down. He also offered advice on our water drainage from the roof. Then he promised to send me some contacts for people who could do the work if I wanted to, but again told me nothing structural is going on, so we don't have to. He didn't charge a fee. But its my policy that everybody's time is worth money. He refused the amount I was originally going to give him and took a lesser amount. Finally, he said he owns a Dodge Dart!! My dad had a Dodge Dart, it was little power house. Rick himself drives a cool old vintage car. Cool dude. I would recommend him to anyone.
