They made sure my service was restored and even snaked the entire length of the line to ensure it wouldn't happen again. I received recommendations on what to do to prevent it in the future. Every time I have called or come in to pay my bill, I have been greeted kindly and treated professionally. So happy to say I live in an area where we have good water and a water district that cares about its customers!

ONE time they missed my payment and shut my water off but I called them immediately and they had it back on in 10 minutes. How bout you treat everyone like you would like to be treated and maybe realize- they are allowed bad days. They're human just like you and me. I called back the day before I was getting turned off. This time I got Jacoby, he allowed me speak and listened to me before interrupting like ALL of his coworkers did. He placed me on hold and went to speak to his managers, which none of his coworkers did. All the other people simple said NO and told me to pay. When he came back he was able to get me the time I needed to pay, but then he also offered me financial assistance through a program the water company has. The program ended up paying my entire bill. I am so thankful that you have a PERSON like this on your staff. I can hear it in his voice that he is not like the others who work there.
