The senior level front desk clerk they have there, Keith, is very lazy, rude, unprofessional, and ageist. He does not provide basic towel service to the upstairs aerobic machine area, only the downstairs weight training area near the front desk where he sits 95% of the time reading some novel. He will also not give any service at all to customers with Silver Sneakers discounts on their membership accounts, as he explicitly shouted this to me after I politely notified him that there were no towels in the upstairs aerobic machine area. Who are the customers that mostly receive Silver Sneakers discounts? Senior citizens. Therefore Keith is also extremely ageist to boot. After I politely notified him that there were no towels in the upstairs aerobic machine area, he grew belligerent, started following me around the gym in an increasingly aggressive manner, while yelling at me about something unrelated to the towels not being upstairs, to the point I had to threaten that I would call the police on him if he did not stop. The managers also seem to empower his behavior, in that they stated that Silver Sneakers members are not considered profitable to CalCourts, with no apology due to his behavior, nor stating they would correct it. HealthSPORT has considerably much better customer service and amenities than this place. You are better off getting a membership there than at CalCourts. read more
