Additionally, their POS system is asking you to add gratuity, even though they're already secretly auto-charging you 10% gratuity. That is flat-out disgusting. There was very little labor/time involved. So on top of the high prices, with greatly reduced toppings, they are encouraging people to pay upwards of 30% gratuity? For $8 flavored ice ready in 3 minutes? To make it worse, I'm sure the people working were the owners. Proprietors shouldnt be accepting or soliciting ANY tips at all.

The almond croissants had just the perfect amount of filling and topping. The cheese buns tasted so fresh and soft. We ended up returning a few days later. The lady who helped us this time didn't appear for some time. We stood alone in the front of the store for several minutes. She had us repeat our order three times, and again as she was throwing everything into one bag. It was such a different experience than our first visit. The almond topping got all over the cheese buns and plain croissant due to her jamming all six items into one bag.
