It is a cute little coffee & dessert spot in Winter Garden. I popped in and ordered a lavender matcha latte (iced). The staff were super sweet, and my order was prepared and ready to go quickly. It was not super busy, and I went midday on a Saturday. There's a decent amount of seating, and if you don't want to dine in, you can definitely stroll up and down the area, as there are so many other eateries and businesses to explore on that strip. My lavender matcha latte was really tasty and perfect for the hot summer day. I will definitely patronize this little spot again. It's cute, and the price points are within reason. I found this shop at the Plant Street Market, and casually looked at the chocolates and pastries they had. Then suddenly the attendant (probably the owner) cheerfully asked if she could help me. She mentioned all of the desserts were made in house, so I had to try their peanut butter chocolate dome. I decided to take it home, so she happily boxed it and gave me a bag as well. When I got home, I took half of it. It tasted like a mousse cake, which was creamy and chocolatly. The peanut butter inside was also very nice. I saved the other half the next day, and enjoyed every bite. The cake was about the size of the pastries at the Fresh Market, but a bit better quality. For 8 bucks, it was a nice splurge. I wish there was a small seating area to enjoy the pastrie at that stall, but I guess you could just sit on one of the seats at the market instead. Definitely coming back to try their homemade chocolates too, even though it's a bit pricey. Overall: A

I'll definitely be back to try more flavors, as well as sample some of the lovely chocolates they have. Highly recommend!

They are located in the Park Ave area by Rollins and thankfully have their own parking lot. Lots of seating inside as well! Their menu options were fast from anything coffee, gelato, fruit, to sandwiches! I went with the Belgian waffle, sipping hot chocolate, and Norwegian hot chocolate. Our order was made right away and brought to our table along with some water. These menu items were so rich and decadent that my friend and I should have probably shared the drinks! They are the thick European hot chocolates that you see online. Definitely drinkable but you should probably use a spoon. The mix of the dark chocolate in our drinks thankfully helped with the sweetness as we didn't find it super sweet but ymmv!

Overall, I did find it expensive for what you get, and I feel there is some criticism here they need to accept: #1 - What we were served looked nothing like the pictures from the first 2 years they were open, in which the desserts are about 60% flavored ice and 40% toppings. What we got was about 97% shaved ice and 3% toppings. (Also, no whipped cream on the polar affogato). #2 - There is a teeny tiny sign on the back wall that you can barely read that states that all orders have a 10% gratuity automatically included. This sign is NOT visible from the cash register, and is 8 get away in 14-16 pt font. Clearly they don't want customers to see it.. Additionally, their POS system is asking you to add gratuity, even though they're already secretly auto-charging you 10% gratuity. That is flat-out disgusting. There was very little labor/time involved. So on top of the high prices, with greatly reduced toppings, they are encouraging people to pay upwards of 30% gratuity? For $8 flavored ice ready in 3 minutes? To make it worse, I'm sure the people working were the owners. Proprietors shouldnt be accepting or soliciting ANY tips at all.

We ordered two almond croissants, a plain croissant, two cheese buns, a German bread, and a mini baguette. Everything tasted so good. Each item was wrapped separately and we were given three paper bags. The croissant was just like the ones we have had in France. It was crispy outside and so soft inside. The almond croissants had just the perfect amount of filling and topping. The cheese buns tasted so fresh and soft. We ended up returning a few days later. The lady who helped us this time didn't appear for some time. We stood alone in the front of the store for several minutes. She had us repeat our order three times, and again as she was throwing everything into one bag. It was such a different experience than our first visit. The almond topping got all over the cheese buns and plain croissant due to her jamming all six items into one bag.
