Instead, it was cold and unprofessional. The display case looked nice from far away, but when I got closer, many of the pastries looked old, like they had been sitting out for hours--if not days. I ordered a few different items just to give them a fair chance, and honestly, none of them were good. The croissant was dense and greasy instead of light and flaky. The cake slice I tried was dry and tasted like it came out of a box. Even the coffee was bitter and watered down at the same time, which makes me wonder how you can mess up something that basic.
