Amazing artists! Amazing bakers! I needed two cakes for the same weekend for two completely different occasions. One was for a celebration of life for someone who had passed and the other was for a baby shower. For the first cake I gave Caked By Two a description of the person and they came up with the most amazing cake. I was blown away at how they were able to incorporate so many different things into one cake. Not only was it beautiful, it was also moist and delicious. I've never gotten so emotional over a cake. For the baby shower cake I had given them the invitation to the shower, which had a mermaid on it. I thought the mermaid would have been flat on the cake. NOPE! It was 3D just like the other cake. The mermaid looked EXACTLY like the one on the invitation and everyone at the shower was not only talking about how gorgeous the cake was, but how delicious it was. I'm a repeat offender and can give a full 5 stars on all three of my previous orders. My first order was a traditional Puerto Rican pineapple rum cake- without the rum as it was for a baby shower. The cake was delicious, the texture was perfect, and the customized design made it a huge success. My second order I actually had shipped from Miami to Tampa to surprise a friend for her 43rd birthday- we definitely had the rum for this one. The look on the birthday girl's face was priceless as it was clearly made just for her (I'm pretty sure she still has the toppers in her freezer). Literally the party stopped and the line of paparazzi formed- just to take pictures of the cake! The last was for my own birthday- A Wonder Woman themed cake. I never had a customized cake before & somehow... it just makes you feel special. I too have the toppers in my freezer- just in case they're booked next year! BEST CAKES!!! This company has amazing customer service and their cakes are amazing. I have ordered multiple times and each time I am more satisfied and impressed. They tailor to every need and their attention to every detail is incredible. My last taste was with the coquito cake and it was a huge "HIT". They desire to accommodate even the most "outrageous request" is what has kept me coming back. Nothing short of amazing!!! I ordered a cake for my step son's birthday and nothing could prepare me for the results. I was absolutely blown away by all the detail that Caked by Two put into the cake design. The birthday boy's jaw dropped to the floor in amazement once he saw this masterpiece that was made just for him. Everyone at the party was in awe at how realistic each and every character looked. An amazing tasting cake accompanied with the creative skill that these two lovely ladies posses are almost impossible to find. Many cakes look fantastic but dont taste as good as they look, or some taste pretty good but look morbidly assembled. Well, a cake from here will never have that problem. Essentially, you always want to make sure that the time and passion is put into the order you make so that you dont end up disappointed, or even worse, disappoint the party where you are bringing the cake. They did my son's 3rd birthday Superhero cake. He loved it!!! So did everyone else at the party. It looked amazing & it was delicious. My husband and I could not decide on the flavor so they did one layer of my favorite and another layer of his favorite. The personal care was what distinguished them from everyone else. Always available to answer questions, increase size of cake as I needed, they even contacted me after my event to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was so happy that I had my cousin's baby shower cake made by them also. I supplied a picture of the theme and they made a complete replica cake. Very talented people. I was very specific with what I wanted and I had pictures of everything down to a tee! When Susy and Jasmine walked into the house with my sons cake the day of my baby shower, I almost fainted. The cakes are beautiful and unique. They personalize the decoration and no one else will have the same cake as you have. We recently ordered two cakes from them, and they were delicious.
