Definitely got to see some behind the scenes rooms where the wine was fermented and barrelled. The tour is cool if you care to learn more about the wine and wine making in general. The tasting itself was alright. Some wines were nicer than others. Unfortunately, the 2023 frost hurt a lot of their crops so their wines were maximizing blends from grapes of other regions. I don't think those were as good. Highly recommend trying some of the reserves and 'higher tier' wines here. The Foch is unique and I really enjoyed their chardonnay.

The winery itself is on the older side, and they've kept much of the decor vintage, adding to its charm. The champagne glasses are perfect for photos -- definitely Instagram-worthy! As for the pyramid, it's a bit on the sketchy side. It's a self-guided tour, but the lights are off, and the only sound is calming meditation music playing through the speakers. It creates a mysterious vibe, though I'm not entirely sure why it feels so... intriguing. Definitely a unique experience, with a mix of history, ambiance, and a little mystery.

I don't buy into the whole pyramid structure and however they use that in their winemaking process. However, I will agree that they make really good reds and dessert wines. The property itself was beautiful. They had a really nice spot overlooking the valley. Unfortunately, the restaurant looked a bit dated from what I could see in the the tasting room.
