From start to finish, Jason and Carl took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and treated me like a valued customer. I appreciate the fact that they recommended repair, rather than replacement. Their experience in flat roofs and TPO made them the right choice. I'm very pleased with their work!

When I called them out to fix the leak they came in, took pictures and put the photos in their report showing where they failed to reseal where the duct work went through the roof (roof mounted HVAC), THEN refused to even take ownership for it and charged me to fix their poor workmanship! They were servicing our entire townhome community, this isn't even close to an isolated incident. Other homeowners, whose homes were damaged by their poor-quality work and were promised compensation for the damage their failings caused have been fighting to get them to provide the promised funds. Basically they start ghosting and stop answering the calls of the people they owe.

If you need to have a concrete job done, I'd highly recommend talking to Ray at New Creation before you make a decision. And if you're looking at hiring a general contractor who will then farm the job out to a subcontractor, think carefully about why you should have to go through a middleman rather than directly to a concrete specialist. Ray is reliable and very conscientious about his work. Highly recommend.

However, when I went…read moreto turn on the sprinkler, the nightmare began, there was water pouring from underneath the concrete extension. I called Ray but he did not pick up so I texted instead and sent him a video of the issue. He then later responded telling me what I need to do to fix it. I asked him to call me to discuss further but never got a call back. When I finally managed to get him on the phone, he did not want anything to do with it, and took the position of I had nothing to do with it. He said "I don't have to fix it"and went on to say "what you have to do is...'' This company did not take the responsibility for a problem he and his crew created. The right thing to do would have been to come out to assess the situation himself and fix the issue. I do not recommend them as you will be left to deal with any problem that may arise afterwards.

I'm really not sure why this company has bad reviews. They were super professional, quick,…read morerespectful, and did a great job for a great price. We never had one issue with our new roof and if we need to replace the roof at our new home, we would use them again. Justin was incredibly communicative and accommodating. He checked in before the crew started working and gave me his cell if I had any issues. I felt terrible bothering him, but we had these rose bushes in the front yard and there were a few shingles that had fallen on just one of the the multiple bushes. I just mentioned it to him and it was immediately gone (it wasn't a big deal and they were being as tidy as possible, but the bush was full bloom and I love roses so I wanted to keep as many flowers as possible!)! He didn't seem bothered or agitated and someone on the crew even apologized to me. I had two smaller kiddos I was concerned about them getting hurt after the replacement, but the crew did a great job keeping the mess as organized as possible and they even did a second check, we had no issues at all after the roof was finished being replaced. I thought Justin, his crew, and everyone I encountered with Fair Claims did a great job. Also, my realtor, whose husband owned an appraisal company, referred me to them. Her and her husband both are very particular and she said they did her personal home, as well as many of her clients' homes and they had never had any issues either. I have nothing but good things to say about Fair Claims!
