I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I had to personally put getting any remodeling and home additions on hold while I cared for my dad for over a year. We talked about my patio dream before he passed in March.
