Ordered through Uber eats. Not a real restaurant. My pound of crawfish was still frozen when I got it

Initially, I was skeptical just based on the location and distance we all had to travel. It's a destination not a typical walk by place. The skepticism ending immediately on arrival. The Resturant is part of the Rybovich Super Yacht marina. There's valet parking and it's nestled amount Mega yachts as a back ground. The views and the vibe are amazing. Great background music and the service is top notch. The only slight disappointment was the inability to walk the docks and experience the Mega yachts. That is quite understandable as the owners of those category of yachts want their privacy and especially security. Now to the food! We had brunch. The eggs with Wagu steak. It was fabulous. I was so caught up in the total experience , i neglected to take pics of the food which is very unusual for me. I plan to return for dinner to experience the ambiance and vibe in the evening. I'll make sure I capture photos of the food.

We ordered several small plates,i.e. mussels, oysters, sushi, Mediterranean dips, etc. All good, albeit a bit pricey for the portions you received . We had a fabulous table with incredible views of the mega yachts. Definitely a "vibe" place that is very "South Florida Palm Beach." In other words , very fancy cars, dressed up people and some very beautiful people. A very fun evening for sure in a gorgeous setting.

Rock N' Crab was not my original plan, but boy was I happy it ended up being our choice!…read more Definitely a must try if you're looking for Cajun, strong flavors, and why not a boil! We walked in without a reservation since our original restaurant in plan was closed. We found parking easily and were seated at our table immediately. We got very lucky that there were barely any customers at 3pm on a Friday! We ordered 12 steamed oysters with the house blend spices and they were delicious!! Mild spice from the Cajun, buttery, sadly just a touch over cooked, but the flavor more than made up for it. We also ordered buffalo wings with onion rings, a dirty martini and a down beat mule (Moscow mule). I wish I had space for a boil! Now I just have a reason to come back. Definitely a must try! Service was prompt, restaurant was clean, no frills.

We'd tried to dine at another restaurant in the complex, but they were only doing takeout for…read moretheir last hour open. So we walked over to this place as I'd had it bookmarked. We didn't have a very good meal here at all. They feature "Cajun" food per their signage, but what we ordered was quite under seasoned and blah. I didn't feel like getting messy, so ordered off their non-seafood boil portion of their menu. I started with a half dozen steamed oysters. I chose garlic butter as my topping. The oysters were okay, but were minuscule and topped with faience (fake melted "butter") and a ton of chopped garlic. In fact, there was more garlic than oyster in each shell! After the oysters, I had their seafood gumbo. It was supposed to have shrimp and calamari, chicken and sausage and okra, et al. Instead it was like a rice gruel in a brown colored base. The only seafood were 4 teeny tiny bits of shrimp. And none of the other things indicated on the menu were there either. The broth was totally tasteless. I tried unsuccessfully to "doctor" it with Tabasco and lemon and salt. When asked about it by the waitress, I told her it was awful. She didn't do anything about it. My husband got their fried oyster basket. His oysters were institutionalized premade little heavily breaded squares. Strange, since they have fresh oysters in house. And the fries that came along side were coated -- not his favorite. I'm of the opinion that if something is listed on a menu, it should be as good as all their other food. Or they shouldn't offer it. If this experience is any indication of their kitchen"s abilities, I'd skip the extremely expensive seafood boils here, as well. When the best item we had was their saltine crackers, you know we won't be returning...

Everything in West Palm feels like a chain. It's a lot of restaurants telling you that "they do…read morethings differently around here" and then they give you the same product and same mediocre service as the place next door. I picked Batch while walking by because it had the cutest vibe but we weren't expecting much. We were greeted by Rachel, the manager, at the host stand. She didn't just lead us to our table, she walked with us. She asked us if we were from the area and what brought us in. It was all small talk but felt genuine. She waited until we were seated to hand us or menus and it didn't feel rushed. Gabby, our server, showed confidence and love for the place when she introduced herself. They make everything from scratch here and Gabby sold us on the eggrolls and mac and cheese to start. However, before those could arrive, Rachel came by with an order of biscuits for us. These were absolutely to die for and the gesture was very kind. The eggrolls, bbq sauce, and ranch were the highlight of our food adventure here. You could tell this was all freshly made. We both ordered burgers and those were very good, hearty, and not greasy. Their house sauce B1 added a perfect element of smokiness to the burger. Gabby's service ensured we always had refills, never had to ask for anything, and the table was always clean. Rachel stopped by and checked on us and also gave us cute glasses to take home with us and coupons to come back for happy hour for some "off menu snacking". So if you're asking if Batch does things differently, they absolutely do. We can't wait to bring our friends next time. Ask for Rachel and Gabby and don't sleep on the eggrolls!

And then came again after we were served asking if everything OK, I said a slight mixup in wife's order (given regular vs special that night which was to be a different companionate adder to fish dish) and he jumped right on it. Had it fixed in a NY minute. I just hope no one was shot in the kitchen. Watching him work the tables and staff was a restaurant symphony. Was comped a glass of any wine. Service AAA+ obviously. Food AA Italian comfort main stream. I had veal Vesuvio and was on point, She had the a fish dish liked also. Ambiance: This nigh was like a Vegas casino. Older crowd but we fit in. He said Neil Diamond (honor performance) would be on later if I wanted to come back (HaHa felt like wanted a Goodfellows walk thru the kitchen to the table). Overall , a rememberable experience.. As a heads up, If you want a booth I was told one must reserve at least a month in advance by waiter. One recommendation...get a grappa or at least an Italian digestive aperitif after dinner menu.

We found a new FAVORITE Restaurant. in West Palm Beach…read more And given the high prices now in the area this was reasonably priced. I'll admit, I didn't expect a restaurant inside a Hilton to be this authentic, but Osteria by Capri is a total hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe shifts from "hotel lobby" to an upscale, intimate Italian lounge. The food is clearly made from scratch. We started with a liittle charchuterie of Spicey Capocolo and Red rpasted Peppers and cheese.. For the mains, the homemade Rigatoni and the Eggplant Parmigian were the stars--the portions are huge, and the sauce tastes like it's been simmering all day. They even brought out complimentary meatballs to start, which was a classy touch. Service was top-notch; our server Courtney was attentive without hovering, and the owner, Joey, actually made the rounds to check on tables. To top it off, the Tiramisu is a must-order--it's easily the best I've had in Florida.along with the Joey Cannolis with Nutella. It can get a little loud when the music kicks in, and be aware of the small surcharge for credit cards, but for the quality of the meal and the "old school" hospitality, it's worth every penny.
