Lemon pepper tasted nothing like lemon pepper and the fries were just plain crinkle fries with a little seasoning on them and the tropical lemonade (that they make in house) was just thick and sweet (too sweet). The guy that took my order was polite and the other employees that I encountered seemed pleasant. I arrived about 30 min later and my order was not done. I was ok with waiting a few extra minutes, they did seem rather busy. The strange thing was, one of the workers was outside the door, not letting any customers in. She would call in to the workers for orders and let us know the status. The inside benches were also placed strategically, to block off the path to the back. It seems weird, but I continued to wait outside with the others. Suddenly, a bunch of workers near the register started screaming and scampering like something "alive" was in the floor, at their feet. The worker in the doorway reassured us that it was "just a spider." I imagined a rodent of some sort or perhaps a giant cockroach.
