The chefs introduce themselves and shows you the bathrooms and water fountains on the way to the room. Once you get to the room there are 3 people to a station. Everything is labeled and measured for you. Has a booklet of instructions for you to go by but the chef mostly helps you and tells you what to do. The staff is super friendly. Like insanely friendly. I have taken a healthy Italian class, a Cajun breakfast class, another Cajun entrees class, and this time I took a Cajun seafood class. Every class has made me leave with such a great experience. When I saw someone walk by with a bowl of jambalaya, I asked where it was from and if it was spicy. The man told me no and pointed me in the direction of the blue truck. When I got to the window, I asked if the jambalaya was spicy, the man said "no, It is full of spice but not spicy, it is family friendly." I said "I am going to trust you cause I don't do spicy. I'm like the worst Indonesian person ever." We took our boat of jambalaya back to our booth and my husband and I dug in. Three bites in, he says "I'm surprised you're eating this, it's pretty spicy." As I wipe the sweat (possibly tears) from under my eyes, I say "I don't care, it's that good. But I don't know how kids can eat this. Family friendly is a lie!" The End. Would I dine or dash?
