After multiple calls and emails over several weeks, someone finally called and offered me a gift card. A cracked tooth isn't worth a gift card. The way this was handled was disgusting. My husband and I had fun trying the different margaritas. The blue one was coconut flavored. It reminded me of a piña colada but with tequila. We were surprised that we liked this one. The pink one was watermelon flavored. We could taste the smokiness of the mezcal in it. This was a nice, not sweet drink. The white one was their classic take on margarita. We thought this one was too sweet for our taste buds. The orange one was mango and I think chamoy. This reminded me of the Mexican candy Lucas - sweet and tangy. All drinks were finished. LOL Now to the main dishes. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and said the fish was fresh and had a good amount of seasoning on it. The risotto and mushroom was a solid pairing with it. He cleared the dish. I had the tomato salad and clam chowder. Their tomato salad was so good. It was light and refreshing. I love that there were dill and capers too. Their clam chowder is definitely different compared to others I've had. The soup was more like a light creamy broth. The clam is served whole. Oyster crackers were also in it vs served on the side. Even though it was different, I didn't mind it and killed everything. Service was as expected for the time of day. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would make the trip to the San Leon area again. A few notes: Pier 6 does have a kids menu and there's changing table in the restroom, along with some diapers. This place is in between Kemah and Galveston. It's about 15 minutes drive from Kemah and 25-30 minutes drive from Galveston.

The waiting are inside is small, but a little understanding in that situation would have been more inviting. Anyway, once we got seated, everything improved. The presentation for some of the entree's seemed to be lacking, but the taste of the entree made up for the basic plating. The custom lemonade was fantastic. We will definitely try them again for dinner.

It was easy to peel so that was nice but I could tell the crawfish weren't from Louisiana waters .Idk i didn't like it, that's just me. It was worth a try though. The lines were long and I only see them getting longer as summer approaches. Still check them out, you just may like it!
