They already gave me a $20 discount in advance, which was red flag. I came in for a simple trim and after a full blown negative critique of my hair, I was sent to a hair washing area that was completely empty except for one person. They don't give you a robe but stuffed a piece of plastic down the back of my shirt. Once I leaned back to the sink, that person was gone without a word. I waited and waited and was ignored while 3 hair washers worked on that one woman. Once I started to walk out, one of them agreed to wash my hair. While half of my head was still dry she went ahead and put in shampoo. It's not that hard to shampoo wet hair, but she sent me back to the stylist that way, with half a head of dry hair and the shampoo still in it. I could not wait to get out of there. Worts experience ever! When I called to speak to the manager, Antwon the next day, he would not take my call and had the receptionists tell me he would call me back. He never did. This is not ok'!
