I want to love this place and recommend it to my family but it seems it's no different from most other mechanics and PC repair shops. I trust them as far as I can throw them. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. I purchased the larger of the 2 deals, $69 towards $139 worth of diagnostics, repair, etc. Although my Living Social app steered me a little past the location initially, I laughed it off with the young lady at the desk. She was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. James did a wonderful job with repairing my screen and got my computer back to me quickly.
