Had this company for 5 years. In 2019 they never contacted me about an inspection, even though they had my phone number. Then got a letter in 2020 saying my coverage was about to expire. Called them and set an appointment and paid the fee to the inspector when he came. In 2021 had the inspector come and paid him the fee. Later the office called and said that they need to set up an appointment. I told the woman that the inspector had already been to my house. She would not believe me (as if I were lying) until I gave her the exact date that he came. In 2022 they set up a date for the inspector to come, and he never showed up. They failed to set it up in their schedule. I tried to contact the owner about all of this, but he never returned my calls. I then talked to the office manager who gave all kinds of excuses for the incidents described above. Either the owner does not care or the office is keeping from him what is happening, Or it could be both. I am no longer a customer, and would not recommend them. read more
