I have been attempting to follow up on my tax return for the past two weeks with little to no success. On Monday, I was informed that my documents had been received; however, I have been unable to reach anyone since that conversation. I also emailed the business office manager and did not receive a response. Out of concern, I visited the office in person after work yesterday, only to find a sign on the door indicating that the business is closed for the season. This was both unexpected and frustrating, as my documents are currently in their system and I have no confirmation as to whether my return has been filed. I have used this service for the past two years and had intended to continue the relationship, but the lack of communication is extremely disappointing. At minimum, clients should be notified of closures or delays, especially when important financial documents are involved. While I was there, another client shared a similar experience--he had received an email confirming an in-person appointment, yet no one was present. This further highlights a concerning pattern of poor communication and lack of professionalism. I hope the business addresses these issues promptly, as clear and consistent communication is essential when handling sensitive client matters. read more

They were not doing some of the tasks that they should to properly account for and keep up with the AR for our company. I find them to be lacking, and unprofessional. I would never recommend them, nor would I think they would be a good fit for many people. They have little to no integrity, from my dealings with them.

If you are looking for an attorney (who actually takes the time to help you and give you his time along the way) look no further and give him a call. Don't make the mistake of picking the wrong ones along the way only to find out that your case is less than on the top of their to-do list. I would recommend anyone I know to go see Dave Cybak.
