I had an excellent experience with a very unhappy time. I had to bond my 17 year old son out and I was very scared. Richard was waiting for me at the jail to turn my son in and had him out very quickly. In addition, being from out of town he helped me to navigate through the Shelby county system and was very good to me and my son during a very trying time.
