Both times, after trying to contact FedEx and never being allowed to talk to a real person, I went to this store where I had the package sent to. There is where I met Michelle. To say she is a "Real" person is an understatement. Both time she was friendly and helpful. Mainly, she listened to me and got right on it helping me figure out where my package was. She really went the extra mile to fix what someone else in the system had really messed up. I had about given up on FedEx, but she saved you. So much so that I went back today to actually ship something. She also assist my wife in a print need and again helped her step by step with that process. She is an asset to this store. I hope this message gets to her manager or even store owner so that they truly understand just what they have in an employee like Michelle.

And I thought: Yes, the towels are taking forever to dry. So I snapped a picture of the telephone number on the truck and contacted Kirby DVC later that day. I spoke with the Owner and we made arrangements to have the dryer vent cleaned ASAP. Even though I've faithfully cleaned the dryer filter in the dryer, the vent leading off the house was kinda almost full. So, the Technician vacuumed out the dryer plus he thoroughly cleaned the vent. First of all, Praise God for His protection, AND secondly, I'm grateful for the nice gentlemen with Kirby DVC, because everything's working very well now. However, just this past week, I picked up my cleaning and attached to my garments was a $90 dark polo shirt that was ripped to shreds. When I inquired the young lady working the desk indicated that they would not clean any garments this badly damaged. This shirt was ripped from the upper chest/logo area all the way down to the bottom. I explained that as I felt the shirt, it had starch on it, so it could not have possibly been brought to them this way and that they damaged it as they were cleaning or pressing it. Then they claimed the new owner stated the shirt was dry rotted, which was not the case either. So with the new ownership not rectifying this situation, I will not continue to take my business there. Looks like either Kens or Sunny cleaners will get me back as a customer. DONT USE THESE GUYS. Also when I asked for a new dry cleaning bag, she stated that the owner was now charging $5 each for the bag when under the previous ownership they were given out at no charge.
