Extensions just go to voicemail. Went in and spoke to a Leticia, who was extremely rude. My contact information was originally put in incorrectly the day before when I had to go in because no one answers the phone and she had no patience to assist me with further issues. The Portal shows I have two appointments scheduled and she couldn't care less about that. "Don't know a thing about the Portal" was the response. Didn't offer any other help with my issue. After I paid, I spoke to his PA/Assistant and she knew I wanted to treat the other 12 since I already paid for it. She spoke to the Dr. and he did not have enough time to treat the rest at the time and asked me to make a new Appt, and she would make sure it is documented I paid in full. The entire front desk heard it. Today, was my new appointment, and I was told by another PA that I need to pay another $150 to treat the rest, despite what I was told on Tuesday. SO, they could have taken care of the other 12 spots on Tuesday if they really wanted to, but in order to charge me again, they asked me to make a new Appt and lied to me.
