Whilst in Västervik we decide to give this place a go. We went after getting off a boat from Idö…read more We managed to get seated at a table, which was a surprise as the place was very busy. The waiting staff were of a high standard and never let the stress they were obviously under (there was only two of them) show. I order the wood pigeon with fried parsnips. I'm not normally a fan of parsnips but I love pigeon so I rolled with it, the dish was great. After a was a cheese board with some of the best cheeses I've ever had. Thanks to our great waiter, I now have the names of these cheeses and have managed to find one of them here in Stockholm.
In Västervik then go to this restaurant, probably the best in the town.
