Whilst in Västervik we decide to give this place a go. We went after getting off a boat from Idö. We managed to get seated at a table, which was a surprise as the place was very busy. The waiting staff were of a high standard and never let the stress they were obviously under (there was only two of them) show. I order the wood pigeon with fried parsnips. I'm not normally a fan of parsnips but I love pigeon so I rolled with it, the dish was great. After a was a cheese board with some of the best cheeses I've ever had. Thanks to our great waiter, I now have the names of these cheeses and have managed to find one of them here in Stockholm.
