I've seen too many converts (myself included) not to guarantee you'll love it. Each time I go and look at the cakes in the glass cabinet I tell myself I'll try something new this time and I still end up with Guinness Cake. Okay, exaggeration because I can also tell you the scones are out of this world as is the white chocolate cake. There are also vegan options. Cakes are on rotation so there are always new things to try. Have also had brunch here a few times. LOVE the homemade tomato bread that is served with eggs. Love this place. Staff are amazing (customer service DOES exist in Austria if you go to the right places ;)) and I love the little things like fresh flowers on each table and the teapots and mugs. The outdoor seating is also really nice and spacious with nice fleecy blankets.

Perplexing, everyone and their grandmother told us how much they loved this place. However, it has…read moreto be one of the worst places we ever got pastries at. Perhaps it was the holiday and the normal baker was not there, and they defrosted them after freeze drying them, and we came at the end of the day so perhaps they sat out all day; there could not be any other explanation on why both our deserts, while looking appetizing were dry, sad and fairly tasteless. At around 5 Euros a little cake, breaking the diet should be a great pleasure, not a reason to decide never to eat desert again. At least we did not get sick off of them, just not happy and leaving half the desert on the plate. Recommendation: buy a bag of apples at the store, add your own whipped cream and its tastier and cheaper. There was just no joy in the poor little pastries looking up at us from their captivity behind the glass display.

The first was nice with a berry filling, but the later could have been any flavor if I was blindfolded. Cake base could have been more moist. They are about the size of two minis combined. The shop is small and serves coffee but there really isn't a place to sit down, but Freedom Sq. is nearby. Basically take it to go. However, the boxes are bit flimsy. Even though I was careful walking home the cakes capsized. Also the pistachio frosting does not keep well. It started "melting." Located in a passageway within a building.
