Delicious! I got the scallop special over the veal saltimbocca and wasn't sad about it. Scallops were cooked wonderfully and the creamy lobster sauce was fantastic!

What can we say? This dining experience was awesome ! What a great night to sit outside and enjoy the night! Our server, Jacob, was new at being a server but made up for it with a great personality and a willingness to learn and be real! We really appreciated him! We ordered cocktails while looking over the menu! She had a dirty martini and I a bourbon Manhattan! Since soup or salad is included in the meal, we decided to skip the appetizer and ordered our meals! I had the Cesar salad and she had the Gorgonzola chef salad! Both were excellent! I ordered the red wine special and was informed that they were out of it but replaced it with something better! It was very tasty! I ordered the Fra Diavlo combo pasta with linguine, shrimp and diver scallops! OMG how great was that? My bride ordered the barramundi special with artichokes, sun-dried tomato, capers, lemon in a white wine sauce! What a treat!!! Jacob did a great job taking care of us and even agreed to take a few pics of us!! Love this place!

I Love the outdoor seating for this restaurant. The way they creatively used the shrubs to create separation between guests and made some corner more private than just a wide open area. Service here was very friendly and attentive. Every dishes that we had here were well seasoned and delicious. We cannot wait to come back again.

Our server was impeccable and the food was nothing short of amazing. I am gluten free and was amazed they offered gluten free bread. And it was delicious. The special drink menu offers a variety of awesome drinks and I had a delicious tiramisu martini. I then had chicken Marsala with gf pasta and it didn't disappoint. My husband had the crab cakes which were the best he ever had from Maine to Maryland through the coast. Every dish was made to perfection and the cheesecake desserts are homemade, brought in, creamy and phenomenal. Caffè Piccolo has indoor and outdoor seating and I can't wait to go back!

The PIT is especially exciting when they have a live band playing outside, and I love the fact that they have both an inside and outside bar for patrons to use. As for the food and drink I got, my margarita wasn't very good, but my pepperoni pizza was immaculate! I'd say it was among the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had. I was also very impressed with our table's server, who did a great job of both delivering our food, as well as staying calm amidst the chaos of a packed house. All-in-all, Pawleys Island Tavern is a Litchfield staple that's a must-visit every time you're in the area. I would highly recommend you stop in when you get the chance!

The place is lively, and has ac inside to keep you cool in the summer heat. They give you a nice basked of bread when you arrived and large drinks. I ordered the shrimp appetizer for dinner and it was so good. I didn't leave a single bite for leftover. My daughter got a burger and it was pretty big for kids size! It also came with fruit which was appreciated. My husband got the po boy and also enjoyed it. The server was very friendly, helpful, and took time talking to us. We started with a carafe of blood orange mimosas. The flavor was great! I would've liked a little bit more chilled but nothing a little ice couldn't take care of. I went with the grilled Romaine salad. What an awesome choice. The Romain was grilled to perfection and topped with a lot of crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pistachios, bacon, and blueberries. The fried oysters we're served to the side of the salad and they were not too heavily battered and made a delicious compliment to this amazing salad. The warm Maple bacon vinaigrette was absolutely delicious. I will not be just passing by this pace anymore - it actually might become one of my regular stops!

The fish of the day was sea bass in a delicate tarragon buerre blanc over zucchini noodles. Seared Tuna was also enjoyed by several. Flounder on an okra cake was unique and yummy but the flounder was unexpectedly fried. Pork ribeye (I've never seen that before) was huge. Appetizers included she crab soup which was similar to lobster bisque complete with sherry. Crab salad was light and refreshing. Mango gazpacho could have been blended to be more soup like, as served was more of a salsa. Regardless of any little comments, this was our favorite meal of many. Thank you!

My family has been coming to Chive Blossom every year during our beach trips for over a decade. The…read morefood has always been excellent, especially the she crab soup. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor the past two years, so we had decided to stop going. At the last minute, my boyfriend and I decided to give it one more chance with just the two of us, thinking the previous issues may have been due to our large family group. Ironically, the service this time was excellent, and the food was delicious. We ordered drinks, she crab soup for both of us, an appetizer, steak, and the crab cake entree. While we were eating, I noticed the table next to us had ordered a single crab cake as an add-on to one of their dishes. Their crab cake looked completely normal. My entree, which came with two crab cakes, looked noticeably different, they weren't fully formed and had an unusual appearance. I noticed it but didn't think much of it at the time. The crab cake tasted fine, but because we had ordered so much food, I ate less than half of one before taking the rest home. A few hours after dinner, I became violently ill and spent the entire night sick. The next morning, my boyfriend and I tried to determine what could have caused it. The only food I had eaten that no one else did was the crab cakes. Every other thing was shared with at least one other person, and many of those same foods were also eaten by the rest of our beach group. No one else became sick. Because I was still feeling so ill, I asked my boyfriend to call the restaurant, not to ask for compensation, but simply to let them know what had happened so they could investigate and hopefully prevent it from happening to someone else. The manager's response was that "there is a GI bug going around." She said she would speak with the kitchen manager and owner and call us back. Four days later, we have yet to receive any follow up. Whether or not the restaurant believes the crab cakes were the cause, dismissing a customer's report by immediately suggesting an unrelated illness, then failing to follow up as promised, is disappointing and unprofessional. We weren't looking for a refund or free meal, we simply wanted to make them aware of a potentially serious issue. Given our previous experiences with declining service and now the way this situation was handled, my family and I will not be returning. The food has always been one of our favorites, which makes this outcome even more disappointing.
