I tried the place I knew but it was closed. Lucky for me, this place was right across the street. I won't bore you with the details of why Vicksburg is a special place to me. Just know that it is. I haven't been in a long time so stopping for coffee brought back some great memories. Anyway, back to the review. This is an incredibly cool place. The clothing is outdoor focused and very stylish. The coffee is very good and rivals most full time coffee houses. Plus it has parish in the name so this Louisiana boy is a fan.

I also added a shot of Green Food to my smoothie which I was surprised they had. I am only in town for a short time but back home, I usually do a shot of Green Food in the morning. I did not pack it with me so I have been going without it. I can definitely feel a difference with the energy level and it just feels good especially with the amount of deep fried food I have been eating while in Vicksburg.
