amazing! ten out of ten! I drank the entire boy before I even got back to my house! Tip your baristas!! They are very nice people.

Excellent coffee and very friendly service. A relaxing and quirky atmosphere. A great experience.

I love this place. I and my friends come here after school sometimes and it's so fun! The furniture in this place is so cool! The chairs are so comfy and warm. Every time I come here I cannot leave without getting one of their lemon tarts. Those things are to die for! The people working there are so talented and kind. If they mess up an order then they apologize and remake it. They are so amazing and they should be rewarded! I strongly recommend coming here especially in the winter for some hot cocoa! read more

The coffee selections here are very good, and they always do an intricate design on top! It's a really cozy atmosphere to study, read, or meet with friends. The decorations inside are so cute, I don't know who wouldn't want to visit this little treasure read more

Veggie panini is amazing. Service always A+. Coffee speaks for itself. Make this a def stop when visiting indiana.

I'm by no means a coffee snob, but this is only place in Indiana that I like to go for coffee! There is nothing on the menu I dislike and everything is also fresh. I try to make it in at least once a day! They're always really friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. read more

One of the best coffee shops on the east coast in my opinion, I have been all over from DC to Boston and this place has it beat. With wonderful coffee and the great ambiance this is a place you must go in Indiana, Pa read more

Mandatory stop every time we stop through Indiana to see family! The location is spacious yet cozy, so you can find plenty of room to read or catch up with friends. Try a flavored lattes or their au lait. read more

Love love love this coffee shop! Friendly baristas, wide selection of coffee, tea and even smoothies. Don't forget the amazing pastries! Great charm and environment. Can you tell it's my favorite? Patronus charm latte is my favorite drink item read more

Great coffee House, say outside on a beautiful day, completely enjoyable. The Black and Gold is a must try try, hot or cold!

I trust one place in town, and one place only. for my coffee and refreshments. Amadeus Caffe is amazing. The service is okay on slow days, but due to its lack of "preparation space" it tends to be somewhat slow. The peaceful atmosphere greets you immediately when you step in. There are multiple drinks and snacks for you to choose from. The drinks go from smoothies to coffee and tea. The snacks are usually something on the lines of baked pie and delicious fruit or maybe a cookie. My personal favorite is Kinder pie with a peppermint tea and a nice spot with friends. I especially enjoy the games that are provided for you, such as Scrabble and Battleship. read more

This has become the new go-to coffee stop when I'm visiting friends in town. Great coffee and food and a cozy atmosphere. Love the mismatched furniture as well as how much space there is, never had a problem finding seats for our group. read more

The selection of drinks (coffee and otherwise) is quite wide. Being a non-coffee drinker I appreciated the other options such as smoothies, ciders, teas, etc. The pastries are amazing (and the best part, handmade). They taste delicious and have a hint of sweetness but not too much. The staff is patient, kind, and friendly. We were just visiting for a few days and they had some good suggestions and even offered directions. And the overall ambiance is relaxing, cozy, but yet sophisticated. read more

Stopped in while my lady was thrfiting nearby. Good tunes on 'World Music Saturday'. The decor is somewhere in the neighborhood of in Victorian/bazaar/bizarre. Friendly service & tasty coffee; my large mocha is ginormous. read more

Love this coffee joint! Classical music and friendly service, the atmosphere alone keeps me coming back.. I really love their green tea smoothies and cappuccino (which has cute designs in the cream such as hearts/ swans etc) . All of the desserts (which are all made in house) that I've tried so far are incredible, especially the dobos torte. Cafe A is A great place to catch up with friends or study for exams with something new and delicious to try every time. read more

I have stopped here a couple times and would visit regularly if it was in my neighborhood. It has a very eclectic or maybe i should call it European decor of golden lanterns and golden candlesticks and golden wall hangings of cupids with a golden wall plaque of instruments. Interspersed with all these are framed prints and postcards. Where do you sit? You might choose a stiff table and chairs or maybe a comfortable armchair or a sofa to sprawl with a drink in front of you on the coffee table. You might choose an area separated by a golden screen or a canopy overhead. The menu is on chalkboards overtop the counter and in front are cases with pastries. I only drink coffee and it was very good. Today I selected the apricot tart. It was quite tasty, although a bit too crispy for my taste (she warned it eas crispy). It came with a fork, but I picked it up with my fingers in the end. Presentation of the food is fitting for this coffeehouse, coming on a silver tray. I could sit here and read for hours or just sit dreamily contemplating life. It's comfortable. It's inviting. read more

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the coffee is so good. What really made me want to review is how polite the worker Kyle is. He is always so kind to me and my family and does a job well done with our orders. He's great at small talk and looks like he really fits his job. Great experience! read more

I've always loved this place but recently I went there with my 5 & 7 year old grandchildren. My 5 year old grandson wanted a cup of hot cocoa. I've seen them making all types of designs in coffee but was really impressed that they took the effort to put a cute smiley face on a five year old's cup of cocoa! He would have never have known the difference but he was so tickled that his mmcocoa was "smiling" at him. It's nice to know that a place will go the distance for a kid! Good on you! read more

One of my favorite coffee shops! Amazing coffee and pastries with ample seating for relaxing.

Stuffy, over-extracted, and caters to the late drinker that will sacrifice taste for a cute heart in they're steamed milk. If they'd learn how to pull a decent shot and work on roasting i wouldn't have to make the long trek to The Commonplace. read more

What a lovely place! Delicious homemade pastries that are way too tempting, an award-winning barista who presides over a fine selection of standard and seasonal items, and fun music that's never too loud. read more

Great coffee/tea, great service. Charming atmosphere, cozy, free wifi. Generally very quiet, even when it's crowded. Truly, my only complaint is the hours. In a college town, you'd expect them to be open into the evenings, but they keep a 9-5 schedule. But if that's the worst thing that I can say about them, we're in pretty good shape. read more

Ok so here's the deal. The coffee and tea here is great. However there is one server there with absolutely zero people skills. The tall guy with black hair. My total for a green tea was $3.02. I had 4 dollars on me and asked the guy if he could let the 2 cents slide. Didn't budge, just shot me a snarky look, didn't even respond. It's 2 cents. That set me in a mood honestly. Just wanted to share my experience. Every other time I stop in, great service. Not that guy. Smiles are contagious. read more

This is a great spot to hang out in. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable unlike some of the big box coffee stores where you can never find a seat. The service is always great and so are the food and drinks. read more
