There are about 4 coffee places in this office ground floor; this one had the longest queues. It appears to be a small Melbourne chain.
Everyone was a regular, as the guy taking the orders knew almost everyone by name. It was a streamlined production, with him taking orders, and writing names on a purpose-made blank space on the cup, with another person doing espresso shots and another doing milk and handing the coffees out.
It was clearly a high-volume throughput organisation, so I provided efficient input: "Cap, no sugar, Tim." This pleased them.
