I didn't have a reservation and i could sit at the bar, but the server seeing it was just me, took me in to the bar area where there were some single high chair tables. The places is hopping and I have a feeling this is always the case so service can be a bit slow. I tried a local beer and then decided on a good old fashioned burger, but was able to subtitute my fries with mashed potatoes. Once the food was ordered it came out fairly quickly. Burger was awesome. I just didn't see condiments on the table, but I'm rather a plain jane for food, unless I had ordered the fries. I was wavering on dessert but then I saw the giant peanut butter cup filled with marshmallow fluff, so it was on. I was planning to come back to try the ricotta pancakes and bring back some peanut butter cups for my staff, but time got away from me. So if y'all are reading this review, is there a way I can get these shipped :) If in Minneapolis again will definitley be hitting this spot up again.

But i'd rather just eat the PB by itself. Carmel Peacan Roll Great sauce, roll was ok, it was fluffy but drier than I would like, you HAVE to dip it in the sauce Braised short rib Tender juicy and flavorful, roast potatoes are just fine

Pizza- this pizza was amazing the pomegranate sauce offered a nice brightness, the mushroom sauce was a perfect creamy umami flavor and there was enough sauce on the pizza which usually I want more sauce. My only complaints were the steak was in too large/ thick of chunks and wish it was thinner, and for being wood fired the crust was pretty bland and I would've loved it to be airier. Overall I enjoyed this place much better than I thought I would and would definitely go back! Cute place and service was great.

Even the music felt all over the place and skewed very Gen Z, which added to the identity crisis. Service, however, was excellent. Our server was incredibly kind, accommodating, and full of great recommendations. They were easily one of the best parts of the meal. The appetizers were mostly the highlight. The spinach and bacon dip was really good, though the bacon had an almost hot dog-like flavor that was a little unexpected. The fried Brie was delicious. Super soft, rich, and packed with flavor. It is definitely a heavy dish, though, and the saltiness starts to catch up with you after a few bites. The pasta chips were a miss. They tasted stale and were so hard that they were honestly a little painful to eat. The focaccia was also underwhelming. It was literally just bread and did not bring much flavor to the table. For my main, I had the chicken Parmesan. It was perfectly fine, but very basic. Exactly what you would expect and not much more. It was a little bland and could have used more seasoning to make it stand out. Overall, Eato had some bright spots, especially the service and a couple of the appetizers, but the uneven atmosphere and mostly average food kept it at a solid three stars.

A buddy of mine and I both ordered an Excelsior hazy IPA. delish...Our server was super nice and even took a picture of our group. I split a bison burger with sweet potato fries and a bison pizza with one of my friends. We ordered the fried sunnies for the table to start off with and my other friends got the chicken Caesar salad and wings and roasted brussel sprouts. The sunnies were awesome with a flavorful dipping sauce and the fishiness was just right. SCORE! The burger was juicy and had some kind of sweet chutney on it and the bun was perfect and the pizza had lots of meat and cheese on it, it was perfect. They give you a bunch of fries and they are not soggy like a lot of sweet potato fries are. I asked for a side of mustard and it became Heaven....So good! My friend's salad was huge and everyone loved their meal. The space was beautifully decorated with a large bar area and an open kitchen, where you could see the cooks applying their wares. Great food with lots of laughs and service equals five stars.

The restaurant is quite large and super cute. We were greeted and seated right away. The walls have fun little things written in chalk and it is very bright and cheery inside. We received the menu and waited a bit before our order was taken. We did not need to wait long for our food to arrive. My daughter and I ordered the same thing with slight variations--Two Eggs, Potatoes, and Toast. I chose the Hen Potatoes which were amazing! Tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside--not greasy at all. My daughter had the hash browns, which were just as good--not greasy, but perfectly crisp and flavorful. The seven grain toast and jam were great and our scrambled eggs were cooked just how we like. My daughter also ordered a fruit cup, which was filled with a bigger variety of fruit than she expected and she loved it. I ordered a side of bacon and it was delicious. While the food wowed us, our service was just okay. She was polite enough, but did not check on us until we were well into our meal. Thankfully, we didn't need anything. Our check and my payment were dealt with promptly, which we appreciated. We also ordered a caramel roll to go and were very glad we did. Super tasty and not overly sweet. If you are in the area, stop in. You will not regret it. The prices are higher, but it is worth every penny. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.
