They were not busy as all so I'm not sure what was going on. It was a cute spot on the main street of Mittenwald so I stopped mostly out of convenience. Im Jahr 2004 war es dann soweit und das Cafe Baur begrüßte seine ersten Gäste. Obwohl ursprünglich als Cafe gedacht, entwickelte es sich im Laufe der Zeit zu einem kleinen Bistro-Restaurant mit immer gerne wiederkehrenden Gästen. Die nachfolgenden Pächter haben diese junge Tradition liebevoll weitergeführt und das Bistro Cafe Baur freute sich über seine Beliebtheit bei Gästen von nah und fern.
