They did offer us a complimentary glass of wine when we enquired about the delay but we're not big drinkers. This food was actually my 2nd course (cod). When I enquired about my first course (burrata) that was then offered to me 60 seconds later after I had started on my cod. This is totally different experience than my previous experience in other cities in Germany when I was impressed with German's punctuality but not this time. At least, Cod was delicious. My beef came out rare when I ordered medium well and I had to sent it back. Overall the food was fine, the ambience lively and the staff were nice. Without prompting one of the managers on clearing one of our courses did apologize and state that our entire meal would be comped however the delays and confusion were very unexpected at a Ritz Carlton and disappointing.
