I recently visited Chillax & Co. and had such a great experience. The restaurant is located right…read morealong the busy Yonge Street strip in Richmond Hill, surrounded by plenty of shops, cafés, and plazas, so it's an easy stop whether you're meeting friends or just exploring the area. The vibe inside is cozy and relaxed with a modern café-bistro feel. It's bright, welcoming, and definitely lives up to the name "Chillax." It feels like the kind of place you can sit and enjoy a slow brunch or a casual dinner without feeling rushed. For brunch, two dishes really stood out. The braised pork eggs Benedict was fantastic. The pork was tender and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the creamy hollandaise and poached eggs. The gochujang fried chicken brioche burger was another highlight. The chicken was crispy with just the right amount of spice, and the soft brioche bun tied everything together. We also came back for dinner and tried the seafood paella, which was rich, comforting, and packed with seafood. It's definitely a great dish to share. For drinks, the cheesy mango ice matcha was surprisingly good. The mango adds sweetness while the cheese foam makes it creamy and indulgent. A really unique combination that works well. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, with most dishes around the $20-$30 range. Overall, it's a great spot for brunch, dinner, or just drinks. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu!

An order of soft serve matcha and tiramisu-choux. Beverages were a kumquat-berry fizz and mint (something) fizz and glass of house red. The food was exquisite and amazing. The laksa was beautiful in flavor. The service was so fast, the food came out quickly and the service was friendly, helpful with recommendations. Really hidden gem. If you are in the neighborhood, should check it out Oh the actual ambiance and space is gorgeous built around a beautiful bar, surrounded by black window accents against exposed brick. Very chic.

Bear in mind that when you do come here, the side dishes are limited to two free rounds. The main dishes however are large enough portions that you will probably need to take them home. I got the seafood jeon and it was very delicious. I most likely will come back to try some noodle dishes!

Ambiance is casual, interior is clean, and service is fast and attentive. We ordered a couple of dishes and they all came out relatively quickly. The banchan (small side dishes) are refillable once only. My favourite banchan of the day were the bean sprouts and eggplant. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options, such as the Steamed Vegetable Dumplings, Vegetables Bibimbap, Mushrooms Bibimbap, Vegetables Udon, Vegetables Fried Rice, Kimchi Pancake, Soondubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew) in different variations, and more. The menu was pretty extensive, covering the most typical Korean dishes from the stews and grilled items, to a few Korean-Chinese dishes (such as Jajangmyeon) and everything in between. Steamed Vegetables Dumplings were quite small individually, but came in a sizeable portion. I liked the green onion garnish. Taste-wise, they were alright. Vegetables Bibimbap was excellent - good amount of mixed vegetables (spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, carrot strips, lettuce, bean sprouts) and the fried egg was perfectly crispy on the outer edges, with a still gooey and runny yolk. Grilled Croaker was also decent. It had a lot of small bones as it was a whole fish. It came served with purple rice, and we chose to add on extra lettuce. Seafood Knife Cut Noodles came in a big portion - with lots of slippery, thick udon noodles, pieces of seafood (mussels, clams, squid, shrimps, octopus), and a little big of vegetables (zucchini, carrot, onion). They came in a nice seafood-infused broth - perfect for a cold winter day. I'd come again for the variety of menu items they offer (especially the wide selection of vegetarian options), satisfying tastes, and great & efficient service.

To be honest, it is not perfect in many dimensions: It's not spacious and feels too greedy to have too many tables. It is not a good place if you really want to have an elegant environment to have your meals. The servers are a bit aggressive. But despite of all those disadvantages, I still give it 5 stars because it has the PERFECT food! I almost dropped some tears when I tasted my first bite of the dish I ordered, stored fried beef with tomatoes and eggs. I think what it does best is that it adapt its dishes to use the local produce and meat, and still keep the legit HongKong food flavors. My wife ordered the stir fried instant noodles and it was full of pepper, mushrooms and soy sauce flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant to have meal with friends or family (but not too many people since it's small and crowded. You can go to other coffee shop to chat

This place only accepts CASH or DEBIT and there is 25c for each take-out container if needed, though you can bring your own... Ordered Wing Tai Signature Steamed Chicken-$16 - Looks like hainese chicken as there are generous amount of green ginger onion on top of chicken. Not exactly meaty, and texture was alright and it comes with a steam rice and choice of soup or hot beverage. Got Satay Beef Instant Noodle set with luncheon meat + scrambled egg and crispy bun w/ butter condensed milk- $14 -standard taste and such F14 (Fried Noodles w/Beef)- $15 - Didn't really get the wok-hay and the colour is a bit light. Beef was nicely sliced thin and noodles tasted fine. One thing I'd say is their hot sauce by the tableside is quite tasty! Milk tea tasted standard as well. Service was fine too. Not a big space, but can probably seat 25-30 people.

It was hearty and flavorful! The eggs were very runny and I used the English muffins and delicious garlic home fries to soak it all up! I'm most pleasantly surprised that we can order from the brunch menu at dinner. I didn't try the AAA steak but I was told that this was absolutely delicious and he wished it was a bigger portion. The rice underneath is a pilaf :) Service was standard. I mean, I don't come here for the service anyway. It's a slightly upscale atmosphere here, no sweatpants please!

The music is a bit loud and reminded me of club/lounge music, not a chill jazz relaxing brunch atmosphere. Service was slow and the kitchen even slower. When the hostess sat us at our reserved table, she brought up the 90 minute seating rule. Our food didn't come out until the hour mark, so come prepared for hungry or little ones. The Korean french toast has an amazing crunch on the outside and super moist and soft brioche inside. The four slices looked big but was very easy to demolish. PB & J Hamburger was interesting! That is definitely a brunchy sounding dish and it did not disappoint. It was a delicious, messy, goopy burger with so much flavour. Burrata arugula salad with long thin strips of prosciutto was very light. The fig wedges were sweet and this dish was a great starter without being too heavy. Biscoff Latte is always a pleaser; bit of a strange glassware choice for a hot beverage as it has no handles.
