Overall, this is probably a great option for catering on flights but we will probably go get lunch somewhere else next time. The ambiance is casual with some nice country music on the speakers in the background. My food came out in a timely manner and was super hot! The tots and fires were golden brown and cooked perfect. The steak was seasoned well and cook perfect as well. My meal was delicious and I will be back to try the grilled chicken with sides!!

However, this is where the star was lost. My mom and I both hate tomatoes, and both of our sandwiches came with them, even though tomatoes were not listed on the menu. Luckily we were able to pick them off and still enjoy the sandwiches, and made sure to tell our server so he'd pass that on. Sandwiches were yummy otherwise! It was a great space with lots of seating and they had some good tunes going at the same time. Would definitely come back! I had the French breakfast, with the eggs over medium and the bacon crisp. The bacon came out perfectly, just the way I like it. But the eggs... (Why do restaurants have so much trouble with a simple thing like eggs?) The eggs were each cooked separately, and arranged beautifully, which made for excellent presentation. Unfortunately, they were almost burned on the bottoms - all three of them. By the time I peeled all the dark brown crust off them, I had three half eggs with completely hard yolks. Definitely NOT over medium! The cook obviously had the fire turned up way too high. My wife had the "Croffles," which are waffles made in the shape of a crescent. Neat concept, and potentially delicious. Unfortunately, those were just shy of burned, as well. They were a dark, DARK brown, almost black, and completely dried out from being over cooked. Once again the presentation was beautiful. But the substance was unpleasant. Seriously folks, just TURN DOWN THE FIRE in the kitchen! This should be a really pleasant place for a relaxing breakfast, and we'll definitely give it another chance. But if we have the same experience, we'll just write it off as a sadly missed opportunity for a very successful business. Please, PLEASE address these issues. We'd really hate to see this place fail. It has such high potential.
