Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, I try and make a point to grab a cup here. And while I've only been here a couple of times, the staff has been polite, and the coffee has been consistent - the latter being an issue for many shops. Baked doesn't try to be too cool or anything other than what it is. It's an unpretentious bake shop that offers a perfectly chilled cold brew that deserves to be savored with each sip and doesn't break the bank. It's worth making the trip even and I'll be doing so, even if I'm not exactly in the neighborhood.

The Weekend Lover ($17) consists of ube (which gives it that distinct purple color), coconut, sake kasu pina colada, msg, sweet potato shochu, Oaxaca rum, lime, and a mango leaf that they light one fire for aesthetics. This drink I enjoyed. I also tried the Kakariko Highball ($16) which is made with buckwheat shochu, japanese bourbon, sherry, soda, lemon oil. I wasn't too fond of this drink unfortunately. If you didn't know, they also serve food and they're fantastic. Don't sleep on the food! I got an order of the Kura Hot Wings ($18), which they do give you a bowl of water to wash your fingers with. This isn't a place to grab a quick coffee. The owner carefully prepares each drink by hand, so expect to wait about **30-60 minutes** if there's a line. I waited around 10-15 minutes after ordering, but honestly didn't mind because the space is so calm and peaceful. While waiting, I enjoyed browsing the aroma mists, smelling the candles, and just soaking in the serene atmosphere. It's the perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet moment by yourself. For drinks, I really enjoyed the **Black Sesame Latte**. It has espresso and was smooth, light, and well-balanced. I also tried the **Matcha Maple Latte**.
