I can highly recommend the little laks roulade, a little spiral of cured salmon with herbs and a tangy horseradish cream cheese and herbs, as adorable as it was delicious. The skyr with fruit and toasty muesli also yummy, but quite sweet. Pick and choose, savory or sweet, all tasty. Add on's include choices of bread, croissants, pastries. Coffee, tea, fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, beer and wine available.

To make our meal at Cafe Blink even more worthwhile, we navigated some poorly marked bike paths from CPH all the way out there. 14 kilometers later - sore bums, and empty tummies - we sat down outside for some burgers. Now, I have definitely been on what seems like a never-ending hunt for the Best Burger in Copenhagen, and while I'm not sure I've found it quite yet, and technically Dragør isn't Copenhagen, I will say that Cafe Blink is pret-ty close in terms of meat quality. No lumpy tough meat can be found here, folks. A sad tragedy is that it comes with a side of guac that, if not for it being sort of green, I wouldn't even know it was actual guacamole. As a passionate lover of delicious chunky homemade guacamole, that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, the ambiance is great. Right on the edge of the old city of Dragør, with all sorts of life happening around you, it's a great way to spend a sunny summer day.

The place was crowded. After waiting some time a waiter came around. I ordered some Nachos with Chicken, one of my friends ordered a Parisian style Steak Tartare, while my two other friends ordered the Veal Schnitzel. After 2 minutes the waiter came back and told us that they did not serve schnitzel any more - which was rather disappointing. Instead they respectively ordered Pork Roast with potatoes and Fillet of Plaice with fries. The food came. It was not impressive but it was not horrible either. None of us had an amazing experience. The guargemole tasted and looked like something you buy in a can from a supermarket. The salsa was fresh and strong while the nachos themselves were rather boring. Also, the chicken was dry. Though, the portion was very large. My friends were not impressed, but nor unhappy. All over it was a very mediocre experience. The prices were pretty standard for a tourist place. It was not cheap (99 kr. for nachos) but it was not expensive either. I think the Veal was around 178 kr. I am not sure whether to recommend the place or not. There were a lot of other restaurants I the area, all serving the same kind of food. Personally I would try one of those - just to get a different experience. But since the place is not bad, I would not "not recommend" it either.

My soup was cold, too salty and completely bland (except for the salty taste). I also went to the restroom to change my infant boys diaper. It was quite nasty in the ladies room. It smelled as if hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Before paying I pointed out to the waiter that I was not satisfied with my soup. I had only taken a few spoonfuls. She thanked me and then came back with the check - we had to pay for everything, the soup included. I realise it is low season in December and they probably need every last krone, but seriously?! It was beyond a bad experience and my husband and I just looked at each other, shook our heads and said 'let's get the f*ck out of here'!

The selection of the food is probably limited, more like cafe food combined with classic Danish Inn menu, and we had a beer each (Kronenbourg for me and Jacobsen for him) and we shared a plate of fries. The fries were surprisingly very good, they were very thick and light seasoned, but they were very crispy and tasty. At least we know that they're made from real potatoes, not just those frozen kind you tipped in the frying pan. Service was friendly and fast although there were only two waitresses for the Friday night. You're probably here for the view, but don't worry, at least the fries and the beer were good!
