I rarely give glowing reviews of perfection but this little shop deserves it! Upon entrance, you'll notice it's a small shop with a smaller selection of pastries than some other bakeries around. But look closer and you'll see several intricate items, such as chocolates in the shape of a ball with swirls of color. It's near Christmas now so I'm unsure of the selection during the non-holiday season. Currently there are so many options for gifts. Ordered a latte (really good) to go with the lemon tart and tonka pastries. If you do the same, I recommend consuming the Tonka first. It's super rich and creamy in texture but lighter in flavor. Good on its own, but difficult to taste the flavor next to the knock your socks off lemon tart. The lemon tart was the perfect blend of sugar & tartness. It was all so good that we left with two more, plus two boxes of petite pastries, some macarons (these were alright but nothing close to Laduree -a bit too sweet and too saturated with coloring), and chocolates. Additionally, the gentleman that helped us was really friendly and spoke English.

Honestly I don't know why this place has so many great reviews. I went with my friends during the…read morewinter months and the place was so quiet and clinical we were afraid to talk. Maybe during the summer months the atmosphere is better, because of the really cute back yard... The coffee was ok but the price for the size was ridiculous. The same goes for the prices for the desserts.
