Vicky pours her heart into every drink that she makes! Aside from having a menu full of tasty drinks and treats her personality is genuine and makes it feel like you are visiting your best friend. The cafe has a modern look and is always kept clean. Vicky never steers me wrong with drink suggestions and today was no exception. She suggested a refreshing passionfruit orange iced tea that was the perfect balance of sweet and citrus notes. Thank you Vicky for making this a place to enjoy a refreshment and a genuine conversation.

Not impressed. I came here after seeing a TikTok about it and I'm always down to try a new coffee spot. I walked in, it was clean. Someone said hello from the back. There is a screen that you order on. It has the drink and food options. The sizes don't tell you ounces or any of that information. I placed my order, the machine, for a large banana latte. I usually order a large and they're usually around 20oz, so that was what I was expecting. The drink total was $10 before tax. I paid. It asked me if I wanted to tip. I am not against tipping but I expect human interaction to know who I'm tipping. I got my drink in less than 5 minutes, the girl came out from the back handed me my drink and straw then quickly disappeared into the back again. I'm sorry but I value human interaction in service roles and this felt very cold and impersonal. The coffee was ok, I didn't think it was anything special except that the large was GIANT.

I've heard a lot about this place and I decided to try it first myself. Located off Van Buren in a newly revamped shopping center parking is easy and there are quite a few food options nearby. I was specifically looking for non-dairy so my options shrank a bit,but that's OK. I decided to go with a slush.It had strawberry ,mango,and raspberry. I added mango jelly Boba. My order came in a little over $7 and it was so good. It was my first time trying jelly boba and I liked it. Service was friendly and helpful. There are a few stools and seats to sit on inside.

Went last Saturday night and this place was busy. There were a few people waiting for their orders, but we didnt wait that long after placing ours. The staff was friendly. When you walk in you get hit with a perfumy smell. It smelled good, but not something I'd associate with a coffee/tea place. We decided to try the coffee drinks and got the chestnut coffee and the banana coffee. The chestnut was decent. It was a little on the sweeter side but the flavor went well with the coffee. The banana was not good imo. It was an artificial banana flavor (think banana laffy taffy or runtz) and pretty sweet on top of that. I'd come back to try the teas before writing them off.

I've been coming here periodically since they first opened, and I always enjoyed my drinks. For a brief period they offered macaroons, but that appears to be discontinued and no other snacks or treats are available. That's probably wise though because the space is fairly small. Lately, given the hot summer days, my favorite drinks are the Slushee types. I'm working my way around the menu and almost all are good, although the spicy strawberry is an interesting mix of puree and tajin spice, reminiscent of sour tamarind and chili powder. Service is friendly and drinks don't take too long to prepare.

Very good coffee Cozy shop. Excellent team members helped me in choosing a drink. It was my first time so I had some questions but the team member that helped explained the coffee toppings and what the base consists of. I liked my drink! Highly recommend stopping by for a good coffee.

Wonderful first visit with my brother. Warm welcome with a smile. Bright interior with bar seating or bench seats. A large menu selection I was actually surprised all they had to offer. It's great when you don't know what you're in the mood for. They probably have a solution for your cravings. The cups are large sizes and has plenty of drink! Parking right in front with easy access. Sit and stay a while to enjoy the vibrant and happy atmosphere. Great for a refreshing iced cold brew!

Location was very clean and neat, employees were polite. The drinks did not meet expectation. Strawberry matcha gave us a headache, it was watered down and the jam didn't balance out with the matcha. Dragon fruit was way too sweet and too much sugar, my kids did not like it.

This cafe is in a shopping center, next to Panda and the dentist. I had looked at their menu online to see what they sell: coffee, boba, and teas. I was craving a coffee this day. I walked in and was the only one in. This was noon. I was immediately greeted by the owner. He asked me if I had been there before and I said no, this was my first. He showed me the menu. You order from a tablet displayed at the front. He let me know I could ask him any questions. They have different unique drinks. I was interested in trying their Taro créme coffee. I love Taro. You get to choose how strong you want the coffee and any add ins. Food related, they have açaí bowls, macaroons. Soon after I ordered, someone else came in. I was waiting around for my order to be ready. The owner asked if I needed anything else and I said no. The cafe has a modern feel to it. They have a few unique tables and chairs lined across the wall. Everything felt brand new and contemporary. They have a wall to take pictures of your drink for a photo op. My drink was ready quickly. The owner saw I was getting ready to take some pictures and he brightened the lights xD. It was a very pleasant experience. The drink really did taste like taro and the coffee was great! Ordered a Thai tea this morning, and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and offered many suggestions to "spice" it up. The cafe itself was beautiful, and very clean. My only complaint was that my cup was FULL of ice. I will definitely be back, just now know to order with very light ice. Update: Owner reached out immediately, to remedy my 1 complaint. I am definitely looking forward to revisiting and trying many more delicious drinks! read more

Cafe Bottega hits my sweet tooth! As a person who drives to the OC a lot to visit friends and therefore gets a lot of boba, Cafe Bottega is great for the Inland Empire. A bit pricey, but everything is expensive these days. They also have a good selection of flavors and cute decorations as you wait. I also like that you have the option to order with a person or a screen. read more

This place is so cute and has such a nice ambience. Their Boba and drinks are very good. They also serve macaroons. The macaroons are very good. Service is very nice and quick and efficient. A cute hidden gem that serves up some delicious drinks and treats. I will say that the owner is very hands on, I wish he'd relax more would and just trust your workers. The boba is fresh and chewy just the way it should be. You order on the kiosk or one of the workers can help you I think. A pretty big menu so take your time figuring out what you want. :) oh and I should mention the clean restrooms too! read more

i came with my friend in between classes and got the oreo drink and the affoggato. The drinks are amazing and so yummy!!! my biggest complaint was that they were out of boba. i went here specifically for boba and they were out. The worker didn't come out to tell use while we were ordering on the kiosk which was irritating because i added the extra charge of boba to my drink. he didnt tell us until after we placed our orders that they were out and offered a different topping. at least the worker was extremely nice about it and gave coffee jelly instead which i didn't like. i would've preferred no topping which would have been nice to know before i ordered. regardless, if a boba place is open, they should have boba. four stars because: 1. they were out of boba 2. It took a while for them to get our drinks out, but it wasn't too bad. 3. a bit pricey read more

The tastiest coffee I've had in a long time. Hands down better than Starbucks. I've had the banana latte before and that was yummy but today I tried the horchata latte iced with a cream brûlée foam topping, it was heaven... the only upsetting part is that I finished it too quick lol. I almost went back to grab another. The young lady at the register was supper friendly and welcoming. And was supper helpful with her recommendations. Can't wait to go back.. Absolutely love the banana coffee. Along with the creme brulee foam and the taro foam. Definitely going to try more things here. This daily treat for banana coffee. The staff is cool for the most part. The ambiance is nice. They should have a little tv screen because you dont really talk to cashiers and you place your order through a huge tv / tablet. But it would be nice if they added a tv for watching while you wait. Its kinda awkward when its full & idont want be looking down on my phone lol other then that the place is awesome. read more

we don't really have many good boba or bowl places near where i live and when this place opened i was super excited. it was amazing at first and then slowly started becoming irritating to order. when i order online i will get a pick up time and ill get to the store accordingly. they don't start making my bowl or drink until i get there and i wait 10-15 for something that i ordered 25 minutes before. no one greets you when you come in as well. i will not be returning here as i dont have time to wait 15 minutes after the pick up time. read more

Where do I begin? The moment I entered this new found gem, I was greet with friendly, smiling faces. On my first visit, the was only a small selection of the menu available. I walked in hoping to find something to quench my thirst, and the mango tea did just that! It was perfectly mixed with the right amount of sweetness, mango pieces, and a refreshing Jasmine flavored tea. My only complaint is that I should have gotten a bigger size! Vicki and I engaged in a wonder conversation, and upon her realizing that I was a coffee drinker she recommended that I try the egg foam coffee. I must say that initially I was concerned because of the name, however the sweet creamy topping combined with the strong Vietnamese coffee is a combination that's unmatched. Today, I stopped in for a second time, and they had a little more added to the menu. Not pictured is the cookies and cream boba shake my daughter had. She said, "It's so good mom!" My partner decided to try out the Taro Cream Coffee and was satisfied with the blend of flavors. Needless to say the ambience, along with the great customer service and flavorful drinks is definitely worth a visit. If you've been tempted to try it, please stop in. You won't be disappointed. read more

They have a wide variety of choices stemming from slushies to milk teas. Service is a bit slower than most boba places, so make sure to either order ahead of time or wait 10 minutes for a drink. Either way, the place looks clean and welcoming and kind. The owners are super nice! read more

Used to come here and like their coffee. Both coffees we ordered today couldn't have been made more incorrectly. $15 for coffee just to get it wrong. I ordered black coffee, how do you screw that up? By dumping a load of high fructose corn syrup that's how. I asked them to show me the label of the syrup they used because I needed to know for nutritional purposes. It's literally a giant container of HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! Just astonished. read more

We ordered 3 drinks (thai tea, strawberry latte, and mango smoothie all with boba). The drinks were delicious. Boba was good. Only negative would be the price as it was a little steep for the area. Prices similar to the OC which took me for a shock a little. But still tasty. Wish they had someone to take my order as im not a fan of the self serve kiosks. read more

Went to get acai bowl when I tasted the granola it was stale and tasted old. Also the wait to get two drinks and acai without it being busy was almost 30 minutes!!!!!you can get better acai at Costco for half the price read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because I'm torn with this business. We really love the products, however they are so inconsistent with their "operating" hours. We have been to this establishment several times at 8am and they have not been open! Showed up today 1/20/24 at 8:15am and again no one is there. Hopefully they can tighten up the professionalism or change their hours, so we can enjoy their products. read more

Went in with my family today to try their drinks. They have a large variety of drinks to choose from. We were greeted by friendly employees. We got the Tiger Milk tea, Mango Dragon Fruit slushy, and the Strawberry Latte. I'm not sure if it was the owner or an employee, but before leaving, he asked how our drinks tasted and if everything was okay. Our response was, "They taste amazing!!!" This was my second time ordering a coffee from this place. The first time I got a large Vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly. This time, I ordered a Bottega coffee with coffee jelly. The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the coffee is good but I am super disappointed that they discontinued the large sized coffee. The staff is really nice, I just wish that they would bring back large coffee because it's a better bang for your buck. read more

When you walk in your greeted by "is this your first time" proceeded with your answer you get promoted to use the screen tablet to order. I don't get why people don't understand but it's far easier and quicker if you just order of it. I would say 10/10 the lady explained everything & recommended drinks. Definitely going again since it was a seamless process compared to other shops that feel like they rush your order. read more

Today was my second time visiting this cafe, and the owners/employees here are the sweetest! So far I've tried the salted foam coffee, the creme brûlée coffee, and they were so nice to give me a sample of their specialty bottega coffee, and it is definitely their specialty for a reason!
