    Appetizer special- Mussels

Service was great. Staff were friendly. Most importantly the food was delicious. I had their special of red snapper and shrimp with a lobster cream sauce. Fish was cooked perfectly. For sides I had a salad and pasta w/ Alfredo. The home made blue cheese is so tasty. Loved the Alfredo too. My daughter loves mussels and had the appetizer special for her meal. They mussels were huge and delicious. It should go on their menu frequently. Overall great experience and will be back.

This is the Seafood sampler. In my home town this would cost $20 more than this little unassuming place nestled in Pottersville.

Ate at Cafe ADK twice this week. Tremendous value for portion and food quality . Service on Wed - excellent. Friday - super busy, good. every meal was very good to excellent both times.

We haven't been here in a while, but I'm glad we came back. Everything was great. Nice selection fairly priced. We will go back. They have wine & beer specials. You can bring your own, but they have a corking fee. Service is very good and the ambiance is cozy

Stopped for dinner enroute to Lake Placid. Was happy to find several vegetarian and vegan selections. We ordered the eggplant parm and the veggie dumpling entree. Both were well prepared and tasty. The service was friendly and casual and the vibe is quiet, relaxed and comfortable. And they serve Founders Scotch Ale - one of my favorite brews.

Wow! This was great. We stayed in North Creek, we came here after a day on the slopes at Gore. We didn't realize it wasn't with a bar, but that was ok. We had bottled iced tea and Perrier. We started with the She Crab Soup, finger licking good. The bread was crusty and warm. I had the Wild Salmon dish. It was good! The rice was blah, I would have preferred better rice or mashed potatoes. The chicken bang bang sandwich was tasty as well. Service was great. Very cozy and warm as well in the cold night. The regulars there enjoyed themselves we even witnessed an anniversary dinner with the help of a waitress setting up some flowers.

The best food in the Adirondack mountains. We've been dining here for years and it's consistently delicious. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. A great place to enjoy the perfect meal with family and friends

Highly recommend this small restaurant if you are visiting Adirondack. Staff are very friendly and the food portion are very generous. The price are reasonable. You will walk out with to go box. We had the steak , Chloe's chicken and chicken Parmesan. Everything on the menu is good. You are allow to bring your own bottle of wine if you don't like there selections. They only have beers and wine menu only no hard liquor.

We should have known to skip this place - google maps initially directly to the wrong location and when we called they had no idea what their address is. We arrived at 7pm. The entrance is deceptively around the back side. There were a group of adults waiting outside. We entered and no one was at the host station. After a few minutes, 2 teenagers showed up. When we asked about takeout, we were told that stopped at 5pm. When we asked how long a wait, we received some blank looks and um's er's. Finally, we were told it would be a long wait. No time length specified, no offer for a drink while we wait, nothing. They clearly did not want to seat or feed us. Left with a bad really bad feeling about this place. Turns out they close at 8pm so they really did not want to seat us - they could have said that. Good restaurants, even while busy, will offer something like a soup or salad to go. Customer service clearly does not matter to these owners or they'd hire proper staff not a bunch of inexperience High Schoolers to be front of house. As one of the only restaurants around, I guess they just don't care. UPDATE: the owners just left a super hostile comment on Google reviews. This just reinforces their total lack of professionalism and customer service.

1st time here, food and service were exceptional. Very cozy place. We started with the bang bang shrimp and wings, both were very tasty. Dinner was very good, huge portions. I had the fettuccine with seafood pictured, my wife had a chic dish that looked delicious. Other family had the broiled seafood special, huge amounts of food and reasonable pricing. Desserts were excellent. We highly recommend and will go back.

A hidden gem about 15 minutes outside of Bolton Landing. While the area doesn't have a ton of great restaurants, this one definitely exceeds expectations. The quality, portions and pricing are like none other. We came here twice during our trip to Bolton Landing--be sure to make a reservation! Here's what our table ordered: -She Crab soup is an absolutely must. It's so flavorful and full of crab meat. -Salads are made with homemade dressing and I definitely recommend the blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing. -Chloe fries are so simple and outrageously good. Definitely splurge on these for your table. The potatoes are super crispy, the cheese is melty and the ranch gives it a nice creaminess. -Chloe Chicken is the same as the fries but with chicken breast and two sides. Absolutely delicious and worth every calorie --The eggplant and chicken parm were huge portions! -The steak with crab cakes are so good and the price can't be beat! -Definitely get a bottle of wine because there are so many options to choose from and they're about $18 or less! -Last end with dessert. Even if you can eat them, box them up to go! The peanut butter is rich and delicious!

And after my experience, I went and read all the reviews. This is a thing apparently. And to make it worse, the owner, instead of apologizing with humility and concern to the guests that keep him in business instead writes entitled zero accountability messages back to patrons after leaving bad reviews. Honestly that's immature and short sighted. The good will of the public doesn't last forever. And, yet. On a recent trip to the Glens Falls area I ordered the same breakfast sandwich from Spot Coffee three mornings in a row. All the mornings I was in the area in fact. It was called Mike's breakfast sandwich. And, look. I don't know who Mike is--but his taste in breakfast sandwich toppings? Top notch. I got mine on a plain bagel and it comes with egg, provolone, and cream cheese. It's almost poetic in its simplicity. And, sheer perfection. They also have coffee, of course, which I very much enjoyed as well. Each morning I got one of their specialty lattes. One morning I got their spiced cookie latte and the other two mornings I got their frosty mint mocha. Both were fabulous and I was able to sub almond milk, which was great.
