It was my family's and I first time being here. There was a wait time for us, almost up to an hour. We were a party of 9. We had to sit in two different tables which we were definitely fine with. We waited a few minutes to be able to order our meals and drinks. They gave us complementary chips and salsa. Which we got the salsa first and 5 minutes later the chips. Once our food arrived it looked delicious but it lacked so much flavor. It was literally flavorless. I'm not sure if they don't cook with spices, minerals or herbs but they definitely need to add some. Or maybe it was just some of our meals. One of us wanted Buffalo wings and they didn't have any available. The FETTUCCINE ALFREDO was super runny, LOS GOBERNADORES lacked flavor, the TORTA DE CAMARÓN wasn't spicy and lacked flavor, PASTA PENNE A LA MANTEQUILLA lacked so much flavor that we asked to get it POMODORO instead and it added some marinara flavor. I usually come here to eat but today I just ordered 2 chai lattes to go. I paid almost 10$ for a medium cups because they only have one size, which I usually don't mind paying at all because I love a good chai latte. The lady at the register told me it was going to be 10 minutes and then 20 minutes went by and nothing, so I went up to the guy in the front and asked him if they were ready, he goes back and says no there's only one guy working the bar so it's going to be a long wait. The way he said it was just blunt and rude. And why didn't they tell me this upfront ? I ended up waiting 39 minutes for 2 coffees and poor customer service. They definitely should have at least comped us the coffee for the inconvenience. read more

The food was delicious. We ordered two hot chocolates and a mango margarita to drink. The presentation of both were wonderful. The hot chocolate was savory and sweet, but not too much to overpower the drink. The margarita I ordered was mango, and had the pulp at the bottom which made the drink better then the average. I ordered a Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp, it arrived in good time and tasted delicious! My mom and friend ordered two crepes, these were amazing!!! The crème filling melted in your mouth and the flavor of the crepe itself was delicious. It was very soft and savory. Overall an amazing experience, we would definitely visit again! read more

I love this place, there food is so delicious! The waiters can be a little rude sometimes but nothing serious has happened we just ignore it and try to be nice. One funny thing happened to me. I ordered water with lemon, I should of been more specific. The guy gave me water with lime juice, super strong I couldn't drink it. Upon arrival, this place was nice. I'd been to the one at Plaza Rio, which is freaking awesome in all aspects. We get told we can choose any table, so we chose a big table by the window because it was the only one with sunlight hitting it. Mind you my grandma had just flown in so my mom, aunt and I wanted to take her somewhere nice. This Fucking dick of a waiter, kept telling us in a rude way we needed to move because we were sitting on a table for 6 people, we were 4. I have been here a few times now and I'm not sure why I keep going back lol! One of the hostess was very rude so that's a bad start. The wait time just to get our drink order was very long. The wait time is general is very long. I recommend going there if you're not that hungry because if you're starving then you'll just get mad because of the ridiculous wait time. The food was okay. I have had a salad, a torta and the chilaquiles on different occasions and it is tasty but I have definitely had better food elsewhere. There's better food out there in Tijuana. read more

Upon arrival the building and decor were nice, even if the music was a bit too loud on the few tables occupied. Seated by the window we got a close up on the dozen or so flies buzzing around (to be fair it was a very hot day) we were waited on by a nice young man who took our order promptly. Enjoying my excellent company time passed, but it was close 30 minutes before we saw our paninis. Our food was disappointing in many small ways, mine was a Vegetarian and it came with prosciutto, and my roasted eggplant came in a small stiff dice, the peppers were unpeeled, etc... This place is amazing. The food is delicious and very afordable. This place is always full but the wait is at the longest 5 min. The staff is very friendly and its a great place to laugh and be loud with family. The deserts have to be the best i tasted in tijuana. The servings are big and each plate runs around $5. read more
