My daughter had a great experience with Cady. She loved the Living Walls scene. Everyone was cordial and helpful. I would recommend Cady for your Senior photos! read more

This place is an absolute scam, they charge nearly $2000 for a flash drive of all of the photos and over price the crap out of all of their packages. They try to persuade you into buying one of their products and when you say that you want it at a reasonable price they get angry. I highly do not recommend getting your seniors photos taken here unless you want to have a hole in your bank account, especially while we are still in a pandemic!! Plus their payment plans have interest fees attached to them, one of my girlfriends told me after she had her senior's elite session done here and they were poorly edited and had streaks all in every photo. She didn't buy a thing. Do not get your seniors photos taken here, if you truly want them to remember their final years in high school. read more

They are there to steal your money, they want to charge $190 for the sitting and then charge you extra for the different types of packages they don't explain until after they get your money. I highly recommend to get your picture done some where else like Olan Mills you will get same quality and more pictures with out breaking your bank read more

If you are a senior, and your school forces you to take yearbook photos here, I would advise you to choose the most basic package and just take the yearbook photos. Hire a private photographer if you really want to take senior photos don't do them at Cady because: 1) Cady studios sucks 2) Getting your photos elsewhere allows for more creative control 3) IT WILL BE MUCH MUCH CHEAPER I cannot fathom why Cady Studios charges so much for senior photos when they have thousands of clients. On top of that, getting the digital downloads ONLY costs a MINIMUM of 129.00. What a goddamn ripoff. I don't understand how public schools would choose this place to take their photos, because it is probably not very affordable to many. read more

My experience with CADY studios was genuinely really enjoyable and all of the staff were super cooperative and flexible. The studio is really nicely laid out and everything is really well thought out, and my senior photos turned out great. Anjali was super kind while walking me through the photos, and my experience with her was really sweet! read more

Do not give them your CREDIT CARD!! Unethical practices and completely disregarded my inquiries to the charges They charge you a sitting fee and tried to charge my credit card $200 this is a scam! read more

I would give them zero starts if I could. The pictures are worse than I would take with my iphone and the only way you can touch up your yearbook photo is to buy a $550 package. This is a total racket. read more

If your school has contracted with Cady you may have no choice but to buy photos from them. But if you have any choice, literally any other photography studio would be better. The photos are low quality and highly compressed. You will receive pixelated images and then they will tell you that all sales are final. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

Customer service needs to improve. I was sent an e-mail about my son's photos and bought the digital package. Only to find out that the package I purchased was not all photos as I thought. It was only for cap and gown photos. I stated that I want all the photos so why don't I see that package. I could never get anyone on the phone so I could view my photos from the senior package. They were not helpful or accommodating to using what I paid to put it towards the photos I wanted. I will be seeking out another company to do his photos. Wait of time and money. I would Never recommend them or go back for my next two children. read more

I think the entire thing is a money suck. Are the pics good? Yes. Are they great? No. I won't be going through it again with my second child next year. That said, our presenter AYANNA this evening was lovely, patient, and as much help as she could be. read more

They alter the photos and they charge way to much. I wish the school didn't use this studio for their senior photos. I am very disappointed with my experience with Cady Studios. read more

I initially had a poor experience with their customer service rep via email. She had no desire to be helpful regarding a photo with an unfortunate shadow on it that was the result of poor lighting. We exchanged several emails of her telling me I had to purchase the photo before she would discuss retouching it and then told me they could not waive the cost of the retouch. I decided to call the company and they were perfectly willing to retouch the photo and send it to me for my approval before I had to buy it. Hopefully, this has gone from a disappointing experience to a positive one and hopefully, the initial customer service person will be able to be re-trained on how to provide service. read more

Had to pay a fortune for the worst quality pictures I have ever seen. I could have taken them myself, and it would've looked professional compared to CADY's. read more

Liza O wrote a review 5 days ago "BEWARE! This business is a scam...." I had exactly the same experience and have been told my refund request should arrive 5-7 business days. We'll see..,if the refund arrives I will have to go change my tune from total scam to still unethical, horrible customer service, and frustrating beyond belief! read more

Your unclear as to what the packages included. I did not have the money to purchase photos at the time of viewing because that's when I found out that NO pictures were included in the package. I got the Elite package thinking it came with pics. So I contacted Cady a few months later (the other day) I wanted to view the pics on line with my family so we can buy them and I was told because I bought the MOST EXPENSIVE package I cant view them online only in store. So if I bought a less expensive one I could view online. That is so backwards. people buying this package should have more options not less. This company is horrible I will NEVER use them again for any of my other kids and I also let the High School know so they can use a more reasonable company next time. I wanted to buy my daughters pictures but I DO NOT want to be inconvenienced by having to come in the studio or do a virtual showing I want to do this at MY OWN convenience. As per their comment I did reach out before I posted this review and the way it was handled from this company we crazy his is why I posted this review. read more

Totally disappointed!! When I received the package that was suppose to be my son's Cap and Gown pictures it was of another child. I immediately called them and I spoke with a customer service rep that told me she would have the correct pictures redelivered. To this day I have yet to receive them and that conversation took place going on two weeks ago. Keep in mind I ordered the pictures on March 14th. When I called this morning I was "assured" I would receive them soon. Yeah, right. read more

Why does Gwinnett County use this expensive, ridiculous company to do photos?!!! I agree with Rene R. who said "I cannot believe any county would have an agreement with this studio." I am so mad right now. CADY is super non-transparent and shady. We paid $78 for one of the simpler sessions where they retouch your photos. We get the mediocre pictures in their portfolio that you have to return by a certain date, and the pictures are not retouched. I try to call them on Thursday and Friday, but they have one number for all locations, so surprise, surprise, their call volume is so high that you can't reach anyone. So, then I am forced to call them Monday. But then I realize they are closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Meanwhile, you have a deadline in which you return the portfolio or get charged. So, I send an e-mail on Monday that gets answered on Thursday asking if we could get one or two digital photos and copyrights. Their reply was "We have our Digital Package for $399, this will come with all of the finalized images from your Senior session. We do not have an option that includes only 1 or 2 digital photos, this would be our package options with sheets printed out. I apologize for the delay in response as this is our opening day of the week. Thank you for your patience!" My sister had my niece's pictures done there this summer also, and she said that the pictures were horrible and the prices were ridiculous. Huge let down for sure. read more

My son and I had a wonderful time! The photographers were very helpful in assisting my son on how to take a pose for individual poses.

Love it!! I got to do multiple poses and if I didn't like them could retake.Cedrick was awesome!! He is great at getting into the vibe of the photos!!! read more

I cannot tell you how disappointed - and furious - I am! I've waited to receive he pictures to finally write something here. Let me first say that Tyler, our photographer was fantastic. But everything else has been HORRIBLE!!! So, on the day we show up to view our portraits we arrived a few minutes before our 10am appointment. There was no one at the front desk. However, there were ants crawling on the desktop and floor around the desk. I had to go looking for someone. I found two women huddled up in an office. I was told someone would be with me soon. (Strike 1) Another mother and daughter came in for their 10am viewing appointment. Well once the huddle was over, one of the ladies came out and escorted the other mother and daughter to a viewing room. (Strike 2) At about 10:50, the other mother and daughter exited the viewing room and spoke to me and were surprised to see me still waiting! Another 10 minutes passed as I pace the parking lot. (Strike 3) When we are finally called back for our viewing, we were told that they would make it up to us. After the shock of the price of the pictures wore off, they were ready to shuffle us out of the room. Not another mention of "making it up" to us. (Strike 4) I reminded them of the offer. They offered a canvas of the picture of our choosing. So now we've received our pictures. They are just OK. Not worth the price at all. And that canvas? Oh it was just a print of the picture we selected. Not what was described as a canvas in Cady's brochure. (Strike 5) I'm not satisfied and would like the canvas I was promised and a refund of a portion of our portraits. Make this right Cady Studios!! read more

Pay the bare minimum for your yearbook shot and get out. Horrible photos, horrible customer service. If people weren't required to use this company in order to be in the yearbook, They would be out of business. I'd give no stars if I could. read more

This company..where do I start. First, they are way over priced. Second they have a horrible website. 3rd they sent me a portfolio I didn't order and then later decided to charge me for it with out sending me a receipt. I tried to find it on the "my account" in their website and it doesn't show up. A little shady and not very professional. I can't imagine why Plant H.S. chose this company. I will say though that the pictures of my daughter came out beautiful. read more

I did email customer service and I was told the extra I paid for the air brush didn't cover everything but I could pay $29 per photo to have a higher quality air brush done. Or $89 for a set of photos to get additional airbrushing. So while I did get a reply- it basically was just reinforcing the bait and switch and extreme pricing. read more

I have been on hold now for 35 min. They charge a lot just to take photos, then I get the portfolio and realize I have to pay an extra $179.00 to keep them or they will charge me. Absolutely ridiculous. I think they purposely do not answer the phones. What a scam they are. read more

Cady Studios is a great company with the friendliest staff! The photographers want to make your senior photo experience nothing short of amazing while showcasing their talent, skill and passion for photography. read more

My son's high school switched to this company from the usual company I had with my previous kids. This place is twice as high and the quality is worse. I was told I would receive a portfolio in a couple of weeks once his session was over and I never did. You can't hardly make out anything with proof over the entirety of the picture. Plus with Covid, I don't see how everyone sharing the same wrinkled clothing helps at all. I just paid 80+ dollars for absolutely NOTHING. i really don't have a clue what the school was thinking. read more

Having dealt with Cady Studios for all three of my seniors, I consider myself somewhat of an expert in dealing with them. First of all, when choosing a package using the Cady flyer distributed at the end of your student's junior year, make sure NOT to choose the "Elite" packages unless you are planning on spending thousands of dollars on senior pics. Not only are the Elite packages more expensive to begin with but the cost to purchase the photos is very expensive. I made the mistake of choosing this option for my oldest daughter (2016) and was shocked how expensive it was purchase the rights to all photos taken. Granted my daughter had her own "personal photographer" during the entire session and an unlimited amount of shots was taken, this did not justify the high cost of the photos. When my twins were ready to have their senior photos taken (summer 2019), I did my research BEFORE selecting a package. Once you are locked into a package, you cannot downgrade it, they will only allow you to upgrade it. The "Most Popular" package as advertised by Cady Studios is the next step down from "Elite". To obtain the rights to these photos it will cost you over $800 not including retouching. Many photos are taken at each station with this package but not as many as with the Elite package. The option I used for the twins which I found the most reasonable was the "Traditional" package and added the outdoor scene. I purchased the downloads for each child and added premium retouching. The cost was around $399 to obtain the rights to all photos for each child plus $89 for premium retouching. I was satisfied with this option, the photos were very good, however there was a lot of going back and forth with Cady's about retouching. They initially sent the link to me without having retouched the photos at all. So basically, Cady's pricing is three-tiered meaning the cost of the photos is linked to the package selected and keep in mind, the cost to purchase the photos is only shared AFTER the photo session unless you call Cady's and ask them how much will it cost to purchase the rights to the photos for each package. This information was shared with me when I inquired for my twins and I was very happy to obtain this info BEFORE locking in a session. Hope this information is helpful! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Have no idea what our school was looking at when they hired this company. Website doesn't allow to place order online. Customer service helped to place order over the phone and mailed wrong image. Now, customer service is asking to mail wrong image back in order for them to mail the one we ordered. Two months and dozens of emails later, I'm exhausted and we still don't t have our prints. read more

This studio is not professional. And they are extremely expensive for a very poor job. IT IS AWFUL! I will not write all our major problems with this studio because this review will be too long. I just will write a general review because I need to tell you all, if it is your choice...do not use this studio! Unfortunately, some of the schools use this company. I wish they would not! read more

I recently took my senior pictures at Cady Studios and I am disappointed. Honestly, more than disappointed. I hate all of the pictures. All the pictures that were chosen by the photographers are all ugly, and the pictures overall came out terribly. I spoke good things about Cady, but I am beyond upset and enraged by the quality of the pictures. Also, all of the photographers seemed unprofessional and lacked photography skills. read more

Came here for my sons senior portraits and the Studios were very nice, clean and the photographers were ok, they were helpful but I didn't necessarily like the poses they were giving my son. They could do better with that. Also, the front desk was not as friendly as the photographers. They could be friendlier. And that's where the star goes.. so from 5 to 4... and we wait on the pics! read more

To be in the yearbook we have to use Cady. That should have been the starting and stopping point for us. The photo session was a joke. There were so many people and they weren't taken them in order of waiting. We gave up and left after doing 3 of the 5 photo options we paid for. The pricing is outrageous, the retouching is a joke -- and then they mail the prints only to be shoved into your mailbox. Mine were completely bent. When I called in they told me that IF they reprint they will mail them the same way and that I would basically need to stand there when I see they are coming through tracking, or call the post office and tell them not to bend the package. Oh okay...if you need me I'll be standing beside my mailbox. I would give them a negative 5 but that option isn't available. read more

If you don't have to use Cady Studios, don't. Had it not been for Senior Yearbook pics we would have gone elsewhere. Have been trying to get a photo delivery from them for over a month. 4 orders placed with no results. Customer service is not helpful at all. They sound like they could care less. They were really quick to take my money though. It was out of my account in a day or so. Photos are unreasonably and outrageously priced. Marcia F. read more

If I could give 1 star I would. This company is deceitful, purposefully confusing and disorganized. For some bizarre reason my son's high school switched senior picture contracts to them. Scheduling with them was confusing and annoying. When my son's original "sitting" was canceled due to a hurricane he spent days trying to reschedule. He tried on line, he called multiple times and after many weeks secured a late Nov slot. My husband tried to intervene and had no success. The absolutely worst was how they sent a portfolio of pictures that we did not order. I thought (bc of the cheap quality of the pictures) that it was what the $35 sitting fee covered it was only after looking through their small print that it was clarified that this was "a gift" only if we ordered $300 worth of their pictures. If I hadn't returned this portfolio with unattractive shots of my son (whose an attractive dude) we would have been charged $200 plus tax. It was an odd size so I had to hunt for and buy a return envelope and take time off from work to return the darn thing. Is this even legal??! I called the school and complained which I never do. Nor do I take time to write negative reviews. This was merited. read more

The front desk was disorganized when we arrived. The photographers for the non-senior portraits were great. The two photographers for the cap and gown and senior picture are the new because I think they think this is the place to best learn/easiest. These are two of the most important - all pictures taken were terrible. We did retakes, still terrible even after assistance. She picked the best of the worst for her yearbook. We called because it said we had X days to pick the pic for the yearbook and we had received nothing. 8 days letter there was an email and the selection for the yearbook required a purchase. Made a wallets purchase. Got those and they were sideways cutting of head and drape. Got the portfolio, which I HAD to PAY to return- has to be shipped so I DON'T get charged $200. Can't wait to have some senior pictures taken by a professional. read more

Incredibly deceptive business practices from this company, pictures are mediocre at best and they send an unsolicited portfolio (apparently there is a pop up in their ridiculously complicated sitting appointment purchase) that you have to send back or be charged $200. I hope this is my school systems first year using this company but I doubt it. Hire a private photographer! This is a total scam! I'm fuming after reading reviews. read more

We had such a great experience! Of course with all the new Covid restrictions, it was a lot less crowded than when I went my my sons older sister three years ago. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I PAID to take pictures and was planning on paying with MY MONEY to buy the pictures. I wasn't even shown all my pictures and given the choice to select which pictures I want since ya know the money is coming from MY pocket. I hated all of them and ended up making the 30 minute to drop the portfolio off. And I know we're given free retakes but that would make no difference as I still wouldn't be able to see and select which pictures I want before getting them in the portfolio. I was there for an hour and had MANY pictures of myself taken yet I only received about 10. Honestly really ridiculous. I should have listened to my classmates when they said this company is overrated. read more
