We arrived on a Friday to have my daughter's senior photos done with the most popular package. Already knowing it is going to cost quite a bit. I am rating this on my personal experience. Everyone was very nice and warm. We were immediately greeted upon walking in and directed where to go. We had four different photographers help us with I believe eight different scenes. Blue, Bhargav, Julius and Jaden were all unique and great in their own way. Bhargav was great in helping us get creative with our Batman themed photos. Everyone was very nice and very helpful and listened to any feedback from me. Upon getting home, my daughter was upset. We had gotten her makeup done for the photo shoot and she was not happy with how the makeup turned out. I immediately made a call on Saturday morning, and the young man that helped me on the phone was so genuine in helping me schedule retakes for the next day. Come to today, Sunday, we took her yearbook photo and cap and gown with more natural makeup and she is very excited how everything went. Again, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Alison did our photos and she was very professional and gave us time to fix hair and fuss a little bit. Upon checking out, another great experience. I did feel like the neediest parent ever and everyone made me feel completely normal. We can't wait to go back on the 10th to look at our presentation of photos. read more

At first I was extremally unhappy with the Senior picture's taken at my sons school that would go in the yearbook. Contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. Somehow it got back to the Austin location. Ashe contacted me personally and offered to fix it. We went in today and boy did they deliver. Super fast and friendly service. Tenny did a great job with the pictures, getting us anything we needed, and making sure we were happy with the pictures (which I was.) But it was Logan that was the star of the day for me. My son is extremally shy and hates talking to people he doesn't know, but Logan worked really hard to include him in the selection process for the yearbook pic. When it was realized my son wouldn't choose a picture, Logan found a way around it, got one chosen and made my son smile while doing it! Logan even found something my son loved, struck up a conversation with him about it and got him talking! If my son doesn't know you and you can get him to smile and talk to you...... Can I just say WOW! My experience with CADY was absolutely incredible. The staff greeted us warmly at the door, and offered nothing but smiles and positivity throughout. My daughter had the opportunity to be model for a day, and she absolutely loved it. She had her makeup and hair done beautifully by Annabelle, and would not stop smiling. They continued to check in throughout our full day session to ensure that we were being well taken care of and happy. Lastly, our personal photographer Will, was phenomenal! Silly was amazing. My daughter has extreme social anxiety. She will shut down fast when she feels to much is happening. But not today. Silly you were absolutely who she needed to guide her through this experience. My baby is a theater kid. She has those awkward moments, but Silly was amazing and related to her. We opted to do an elite session, Which I would recommend to others. Silly took my daughters interest and made sure to incorporate them into the session, she even set up custom props to make one set of images look like a what my daughter lives for in high school. WOW! My daughter promised me she would wear make up and get her hair done for her senior pics and with that...KT did not disappoint! My daughter's pictures looked OUTSTANDING!!!! Sharol was amazing. I went to get my senior photos done and she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable while taking the photos. She let me look at the photos multiple times and change poses and made sure i got the photos i wanted. Desi at the front desk was also really kind and helpful. She let me change one of my scenes because i brought a black dress and the pictures turned out amazing. truly such a good experience. read more

It was amazing! We have twins grgraduating this year and they took their time with both to make sure they got exactly what they wanted. Our photographers were Kumi, Ken, and Grey. Logan and Anna Belle greeted us with the with the most genuine smiles and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Over all a 10 out of 10 experience. I would recommend them to everyone! read more

Our photographer Grey was so patient to work with our two dogs; he was creative, suggesting interesting and gave her cute poses, and was really easygoing making my daughter feel very comfortable during her senior pictures session! Chase is an amazing photographer. My daughter has some anxiety and he was her last stop. He made her feel comfortable and the pictures turned out amazing!!! The ideas from Sam. M were great and lead to great photos. I loved the process. You'd move your head around in random directions and he'd ask you to just stop and stay there. He'd snap a photo and boom it was amazing. Great job all around.​ read more
