The only reason I would still recommend this dealership is because the work itself does get completed, and because both Ricardo and Sean were professional, present, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout my visits. I want to make that very clear upfront, because this review is not directed at them personally. In fact, I believe they both did everything they could to help move things along and get me in and out as quickly as possible.
My concern is with the overall service scheduling and operational process.
A few days ago, I had a 7:30 AM appointment for a simple lubrication repair on a squeaky third-row rear bench seat. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my vehicle sat for hours before work even began. I was informed that oil changes and walk-ins had to be serviced first. Since it was my first experience there, I remained patient and understanding. Still, I ended up leaving more than 4 hours later for what was ultimately a relatively simple repair.
During that visit, I also reported another issue. The part arrived quickly, which I appreciated, and I returned today for my scheduled 10:00 AM Saturday appointment expecting a smoother process. Unfortunately, by 12:26 PM, my vehicle still had not even been brought in for service, despite being told the actual repair would take approximately two hours.
As a professional chauffeur and executive transport driver, my SUV is directly tied to my income through private clients and Uber SUV/XXL services. Time matters. Appointments matter. Scheduling matters.
I specifically chose Cadillac on Robertson because I expected a luxury dealership in Beverly Hills -- especially one familiar with these vehicles -- to operate with greater efficiency and respect for scheduled appointment times.
Again, I want to emphasize that Ricardo and Sean were both excellent in terms of professionalism and communication. Sean even told me that constructive feedback is sometimes the only way processes improve, and honestly, I agree.
This review is not written out of anger. It's written because operational inefficiency should not become normalized at a luxury service center where customers structure their businesses and personal schedules around the appointment times provided. read more
