We also take bank payment if this is easier for the customer and if you have a locked gate will text or email you the night before. We also offer a key holder service - this is for gates only. What this means is if you have a locked gate and do not want to leave it unlocked and have a spare key, we can hold the key and unlock the gate to clean your windows then relock the gate when we leave. If you are uneasy or feel that you are vulnerable answering the door we can arrange for you to have a password that only you and your window cleaner know, this can be changed as often as you like. We can also text, email or phone a relative or a friend to notify them that we are going to clean your windows, or that we have cleaned your windows.
