We like to think we take pride in our work and think that we are reasonably priced. We also clean the frames, sills & doors all for the same price of cleaning the windows (garage doors not included). And if that is not enough we guarantee our work, that if you are not totally satisfied we will return - hopefully within 24 hours to rectify any errors. We also take bank payment if this is easier for the customer and if you have a locked gate will text or email you the night before. We also offer a key holder service - this is for gates only. What this means is if you have a locked gate and do not want to leave it unlocked and have a spare key, we can hold the key and unlock the gate to clean your windows then relock the gate when we leave. If you are uneasy or feel that you are vulnerable answering the door we can arrange for you to have a password that only you and your window cleaner know, this can be changed as often as you like. We can also text, email or phone a relative or a friend to notify them that we are going to clean your windows, or that we have cleaned your windows. Another thing that sets us apart is that if your gutters or conservatory need cleaning, as long as you are one of our regular customers and that we have cleaned a minimum of 3 times then you will receive a 50% discount.
