I removed the old graphics card wrong, and broke the motherboard. Because I live in Florence, I took my desktop there and explained my problem. They took a look and decided to take it to the other store immediately. I got a call from the other store Tuesday morning. I need a new motherboard, and he can get it. He gave me a detailed quote and asked me about shipping. Standard shipping would take a week, but expedited shipping would get it here Thursday or Friday, and was $40. I gave him my credit card number over the phone and he ordered the motherboard. That was yesterday. Today he called me at 11 am. The motherboard had been delivered by courier, he had put it in, put in the new graphics card, loaded the driver, and checked everything out. I could pick it up! I got a seven month warranty on the motherboard. I also made a permanent go-to computer repair expert for life. These guys are genuine.
