They left my white suede car bed at the moving location because I couldn't break my son's bed down. My son has to sleep on the floor until i can recover the bed frame. The guy said he didn't think I would mind. The recipient of my donations was a landscaper not someone in need. Also, despite donating thousands of dollars of belongings, I never received the requisite paperwork to allow me a tax deduction. I don't recommend this company, nor would I ever use them again.
