I explained that I have an elderly, handicapped parent living with me that really needs water today and the lady I was speaking with from Bisidas said I will make sure that someone will be there later this evening. Kenny came out at 6:30 and got the well fixed. I was thankful that he did not charge me an after hours fee. Great service and fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Shady company! Stay away!! Bought a new construction home and Lone Star was used to drill the well…read more We have never had enough pressure to water our lawn. The pressure is not what it should be. Called Lone Star out to inspect the problem multiple times. The response was "nothing is wrong we drill the best wells in Texas" That was a load of shi* Paid for two different well companies for a second opinion and to inspect the issue since Lone Star treated us like we didn't know what we are talking about. Turns out Lone Star was paid to put a certain pressure tank in. They put in a cheaper lower pressure tank that wasn't providing enough pressure and pocketed the extra money they were given by the construction company. This business is shady!!

He was responsive immediately and was able to get a replacement part right away. He tried to come out late in the evening but I was good with waiting until first thing on Saturday morning. Within 90 minutes he replaced the pump and I had water again. He earned a customer for life!

After looking over the equipment, he suggested a couple different options so we decided on what we felt we needed. Josiah had the part on his truck, said he had time and could do it today if we liked, which we did. Half an hour later, he was finished. Tested everything before he left, answered all my questions and even replace a pressure gauge that wasn't working. Just excellent customer service all around!

Today Andy and Chris arrived to troubleshoot a leak that happened during the freeze earlier this week. We were worried it would be an expensive repair but am happy to report we only needed a new pressure release valve. This is the 2nd time I've used Barco. The first time was to repair a broken pipe. The most…read morerecent was because my well was leaking all over my yard. Justin from Barco came out, identified the problem and then quoted me around $600ish to replace the well. I asked if that was the installed price, and he told me it'd be $750ish, with tax and labor. I agreed and he took the old one away. He came back today, installed the new one, and then when I went to pay, the charge was over $1,000! I told him this isn't what he quoted me. He spoke with the head office and then came back saying they removed the labor, and the new bill was $914. That's still $164 more than he quoted me, and what I agreed to. Left with no other option, I paid him, but feel it was extremely dishonest for them to do this and to effectively do a "bait and switch" on the price. I don't trust them and will not use them again in the future, if this is how they do business.
