After looking over the equipment, he suggested a couple different options so we decided on what we felt we needed. Josiah had the part on his truck, said he had time and could do it today if we liked, which we did. Half an hour later, he was finished. Tested everything before he left, answered all my questions and even replace a pressure gauge that wasn't working. Just excellent customer service all around!

Today Andy and Chris arrived to troubleshoot a leak that happened during the freeze earlier this week. We were worried it would be an expensive repair but am happy to report we only needed a new pressure release valve. Not only that, they showed me how to put it in once the weather warms and we are ready to turn the sprinkler system on again. Pleasant, courteous and great guys. Thank you Barco!

This is the 2nd time I've used Barco. The first time was to repair a broken pipe. The most…read morerecent was because my well was leaking all over my yard. Justin from Barco came out, identified the problem and then quoted me around $600ish to replace the well. I asked if that was the installed price, and he told me it'd be $750ish, with tax and labor. I agreed and he took the old one away. He came back today, installed the new one, and then when I went to pay, the charge was over $1,000! I told him this isn't what he quoted me. He spoke with the head office and then came back saying they removed the labor, and the new bill was $914. That's still $164 more than he quoted me, and what I agreed to. Left with no other option, I paid him, but feel it was extremely dishonest for them to do this and to effectively do a "bait and switch" on the price. I don't trust them and will not use them again in the future, if this is how they do business.

We are Clearwater Plumbers customers for life; they're an absolutely incredible company that exudes…read moretop notch customer service. We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. I called early in the morning and Jason and Andrew were out to take care of the leak a few hours later, awesome service.
