Nice swings and kids play area. 3.5 star update, because the WI-FI is spotty and only works intermittently. Internet is an issue in the whole area, apparently, but if your work or school depends on staying connected, you better bring a back up option!

They are putting in a lot of effort to improve the park. The family that runs it is very nice and helpful. It's located right across from the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. We walked over one afternoon and took the tour of her home and walked through the museum. Neat place. The RV park is very grassy with gravel. Our site was pretty level and had lots of shade. Not all sites have full hookups so be sure to ask when you reserve. Some are just W/E. There is a creek that runs along the property that is cool and beautiful. Fun to splash in. Lots of trees on the property. There is also a small pond, a natural cave to explore, and plenty of areas to walk your dog if needed. A bathhouse next to the office has two restrooms, two showers, and laundry. We used the showers twice. They were small, but clean. The bathhouse is not air conditioned or heated so summer showers can be a bit hot and muggy and I imagine winter showers quite chilly. THE WIFI IS AWESOME! I could not believe such a small RV park had such great wifi. Thank you, Riddick family! The small town of Mansfield is just down the road. We enjoyed the local icecream shop as well as the pizza and pasta restaraunt. Overall, this is a great RV park. We will definitely stay again if we're ever in the area again.

Huge credit to Missouri State Parks for the upkeep--you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean, safe, and accessible. There is ample parking in multiple locations throughout the park, which makes it easy to hop out and explore without feeling crowded. Each area offers something a little different, some spots are perfect for trail access, others for lake views or picnicking. If you're arriving by boat, the park is just as convenient. One of the parking areas connects directly to the Dewey Short Visitor Center, which has a boat dock for visitors who want to come ashore and explore. The visitor center itself is worth a stop, with lake information, exhibits, and clean restrooms. Whether you're walking, biking, boating, or just looking for a peaceful place to relax, Table Rock Lake State Park has something for everyone. We loved our time here and will be back to explore more.

Feeling a bit hesitant at first to do it on bike but it was the best feeling. It was a perfect 68, clear skies and lilac blooms along the way. The perfection was almost overwhelming. A tram is also available for a round trip adventure but the bike was just too fun to pass up. Along the way we saw all kinds of little critters, snakes, fish and birds. Stopped at the tree house, chapel and most of the waterfalls. On bike with all the stops about 2 hours, walking could easily be 3+. Bikes are $15 each and I highly recommend getting there early so you have your pick cause the good ones go fast. Some have baskets and you should get one of those and then fill it with a picnic lunch. Little under $20 per person for entry, with discounts for veterans, seniors and children. Large parking but the place is popular, so again if possible arrive early.

Didn't love the restaurant, but literally everything else was amazing.
