In my opinion, Noble Folk not only has the best ice cream in Sonoma County, but also some of the best pies and cupcakes. Their ice cream flavors are really unique and fun, with lots of flavors and textures. Tonight I tried their Sticky Toffee flavor, which was superb. I am also very partial to their Dutch Chocolate and their Earl Grey ice cream. Besides their ice cream, I've also had their pie on several occasions including ordering their pies for holidays.
